We live in a fallen world. There will always be those whose physical limitations keep them from making a living.
However, being fat or stupid is not a limitation.

A natural born citizen is explicitly defined to be anyone with a sign up date prior to 2001.

Any person seeking public office must have worked for at least 5 years or run a business in the private sector.

Secretary of State would be good enough.
To: showme_the_Glory
I think that would be limited by my amendment #7.
Unless a citizen is physically unable to perform tasks needed to earn a living, they shall never receive assistance from others through taxation from another citizen via the government.

I think I’d rather try the viking model. Everyone minds their own business, and once in a while you have a gathering called the “Thing”, where everyone argues their grievances, pays their debts, make community decisions with a high priest as referree. Then afterwards they eat lots of barbecue, get drunk and pillage countries full of hot babes.

Good point. Maybe that should be the First Amendment while all the others hang on it.

It missed defining DITHF. Deep...
OWKs Opus made me think of Laz’s Opus. They were a little different.
Even if I thought there were a numbers of flaws, I appreciated OWKs threads. They were a sharp knife to understanding beliefs.

All households shall be required to own, and have knowledge of how to properly operate, fire arms for defense. Our country should be about freedom, not government mandates. You should be free to own a firearm if you chose. You should not be required to.

Heh. You’ll end up with 50 100,000 page laws.

It would say exactly what our Constitution said before they ruined it... but slavery would never have been allowed to begin with.

You’re also missing almost all of the Bill of Rights. Don’t we need freedom of speech? Of religion? Right to trial? Don’t the states need the 10th Amendment?

You’re part of the militia. You should have the means to function.
