The Hazards of Psychic Backlash

...

Moving on to the 1990s, there is the very unsettling saga of Ray Boeche, an Anglican priest and a former state-director for MUFON, the Mutual UFO Network. In 1991, Boeche met (at Lincoln, Nebraska) with two US Department of Defense physicists working on a project to try and contact what were termed “Non-Human Entities,” or NHEs. While the initial assumption on the part of the DoD team-members was that the NHEs were extraterrestrial, that view soon changed. And radically so, too.

Eventually, the project personnel concluded that far from being the aliens they purported to be, the NHEs were demonic – as in literally demonic. In other words, the DoD team concluded that the UFO phenomenon itself was born out of satanic deception, rather than alien visitation.

When the DoD scientists immersed themselves in the world of the NHEs, bad things began to occur. As Boeche told me, regardless of how benevolent or beneficial any of the contact they had with these entities seemed to be, it always ended up being tainted, for lack of a better term, with something that ultimately turned out to be bad. There was ultimately nothing positive from the interaction with the NHEs. Indeed, certain experimentation reportedly ended in death for some of those involved in the program.

...

You have been warned. In the world of the paranormal, it’s wise to tread very, very carefully…

The big 1st world idol is materialism. Stark supernatural experiences would introduce rivals to that idol.

No, not all children believed that, only those exposed to Christian preaching about it. If a parent was fascinated with the occult (as my mother was) the warnings wouldn’t be there.

I doubt that supernatural spirits have any interaction with the physical fire of our mortal coil that is any different from their interaction with other items in our mortal coil. Any fire stunts would be on the order of “look at us!” not something that God forces upon them.

The fires of eternity are in another plane of existence, and I suspect (IMHO only) they may simply be metaphorical for the state of self-torment that evil spirits inherit for themselves by means of rejecting their duty and prerogatives as former holy angels. There is no salvation for an unholy angel. A resolutely rebellious human soul that spurns salvation for its entire life ends up as the slave of tormented evil angel. The wickedness of hell is hard for most normal people to even begin to grasp. Deep descent into sin is needed to even begin to understand how resolutely wicked and twisted hell can be. I’ve been in fairly deep sin, have no intention of returning to it, but I think it taught me some things about hell.

Squealy little screams.

Pretty freaky.

I tried to convince myself it was something odd about the ink.

Then I saw things in the fire.

Weird night.

Very much so. It’s God’s glory all around.

For the saved, our interactions with hell are only that much more education in what God’s glory is about. We see the positive in contrast to the negative (the situation of falling short of the glory).

The devil’s game is to twist, hide, and lie. He can’t generate any new glory; all he can do is misuse the glory that God has already put into the creation.

That also makes it easier to break his game, than we would think. Since he has to work with God’s glory, tracing the glory back to God and praising God for that glory will send Satan packing, and soon the illusions will begin to clear and we will start to see things that we will begin to understand were there all the time, but Satan had been hiding them from us.

As to where the game started: I say look square at the Garden of Eden events. The bible doesn’t spell out how the rest of mankind got into a spirit meld with the rebellion of Adam and Eve, but it is undeniable that it did. “We sinned” in Adam — not “sin happened to us” in Adam. It really was our fault.

And I must return to glorifying God (and so should we all) lest we become proud that we might understand something about hell, which isn’t anything glamorous anyhow. It’s like understanding how bread molds, or people catch their death of pneumonia, or wood rots, or other such destructive processes. You don’t want them, and the cure makes the knowledge moot anyhow. The cure was the sacrifice of Christ on that cross.

someone asked me one day if i believed in the ouija board and i said yeah sure but how do you know that the person you are talking to is really the person you are talking to but when you are grounded in GOD the comedy is ON

Oddly, same guideline applies for meeting people online.

I think you are talking about books by John A. Keel.

UFO’s: Operation Trojan Horse was his first book saying this. Other titles by him are Our Haunted Planet, Mothman Prophecies.

nobody knows on the internet that you’re a dog... somewhere there’s a cartoon of that.

anyhow, love edifies, while knowledge puffs up. ouija offers all the knowledge, none of the love. let us love God and then we’ll find this unholy mystical stuff so, so unnecessary and even repulsive by its own demerit. the mystery of God, and for certain Christians (and Jews) it can be very intense, is always tied to His love.

it is the garden folly that wanted us to stand alone from God. of course we wouldn’t stand. we would fall, but our puffy prides would make it feel like we are something. what a mistake, what a mistake, what a mistake! Oh God, please save us all from this!

A demon roast, heh. Now if the noise were because they were griping about the fire... too bad. They should love fire. :)

It seems to me that evil hates the fire it has made, and believing in “lack”, hopes that tempting us to burn, will lessen it's own pain.

I probably have more “figured out” (understood) than YOU do, but that is only by the tutelage that came from God. Without God teaching me, I’d not be able to do squat!

I still do not have everything, and to claim that I claim I do, is just a lie. Still I have enough to be useful.

Remember, “science” never EVER stands in a vacuum.

There’s always someone asking you to do it. Always.

I do it at God’s impetus. Some do it at Satan’s (and supposed self human impetus is really Satan’s... this is not rocket science, it is in Genesis).
