My friend, a petite older woman, adopted a tiny little white kitten. The kitten was misbehaving so she placed it in her bedroom and shut the door. The tiny kitten amazed her by forcefully rattling the door and meowing in anger. She finally gave up and decided to open the door to let it out of her room. The moment it saw her, it hissed little kitty profanity and ran at her. She took off running and together - they circled the house with the kitten continuing it’s verbal threats and chasing her with a look of rage on it’s face.
She took it back to the shelter...

This is why I like dogs. Cats will kill you in your sleep.

Quite possibly ... video doesn't show what the cat was up to that she was trying to stop. The cat may very well deserve being punted into the next county.

Dogs are more predictable. They generally will not kill people unless they have a five to one advantage.

While bleeding profusely I entered my home loaded up my shotgun, returned to the battle and blew that cat into so many pieces all the kings men could not put it back together.
It was hilarious. Not a fan of cats, wet or dry, and do know how to deal with them. You don’t kick snow at them. And, cats have a brain and brainstem that is the size of most people’s thumb to first thumb joint. Squirt gun is the answer cold or not cold.
Article says she was protecting her little Beagle-like dog, so probably was angrily harassing the dog.
Hard to tell from the video, but right before the cat went after her, I suspect she actually kicked the cat.
She is lucky it didn’t scratch her eyes up, that is most likely what it was going for but missed. If a cat is hunching its back and hissing at you it is time to leave it alone. They are only scaredy cats until they are cornered. Then they turn into land piranhas.
Time for a field goal.
I want to know how this was caught on film. Did they really think this might be good to film? It was very still, too, so not like someone holding a camera phone.
