RENO, Nev. (AP) - Authorities on Friday were trying to determine whether a Northern California man's anger over complications he suffered from a 2010 surgery prompted him to go on a shooting rampage at a Nevada urologist's office, killing one doctor and critically wounding another before committing suicide.

I had two vasectomies......and not because I liked the first one!
Why would anybody talk to a neighbor about a failed vasectomy?
Interesting how the ex-fiancee is johnny-on-the-spot for a comment.
I can’t condone it...but I understand it.
Not to mention ex from 20 years ago.
I've got ex-wives that would be happy to dish dirt. Only when quoting them, the press would have to say: '80% of his ex-wives say...'

Looks like the ambulance chaser didn’t think there was a case.
This brings back bad memories.
What happened... did he father a child? It sounds like grounds for a lawsuit. He made a very poor choice.

I used to have a boss who would say things like, “Alice my...fourth, fifth, uhm...sixth wife...”
My tomcat had to be neutered twice. Poor guy.
I went in for a tonsillectomy and woke up sore on both ends!
Durn women! ;-D
Some people prefer to do Lasik one eye at a time. Perhaps your vet was thinking along similar lines?
No. His immune system saw his loose sperm as an invading infection and attacked. He was in pain and I imagine mental distress. His doctors should have found a medical solution. Instead they stonewalled him. At least that's what it looks like to me.
I have had one and there were no complications. I do know someone who had to have it redone. He foolishly drove home after the operation on a motorcycle (I guess he was feeling no pain, courtesy of the anesthetics and narcotics) and the tubes, moved around by the vibrations of the cycle, somehow re-attached themselves.
It's a bit unpleasant for several days after the operation, though; anytime you're cut it's gonna hurt. One can't sleep on your side, only on the back.

My great Grandfather on my Mom’s side was finally outlived by his 7th (I believe it was). All the prior had died on him.
I was on the search party (and I was 12) that found her after being lost in the woods for a week in September in Virginia. She was a tough, sweet great grandma... Still cooked on wood in their house. Pull a wad of snuff out of her mouth and slap it on a beesting with the admonition “Holt that on thar and it’ll suck the pizon out like a poultice”... :-)
“Developing over time can be a low-grade discomfort in the scrotum that’s basically relieved by reversals because it’s due to congestion that causes back pressure,”
Sounds like an extreme case of blue balls gone postal
Good guess, but no. Poor guy was cryptorchid. Vet couldn’t find the undescended testicle, and had to wait a few months for it to appear. Maybe it knew what was coming.
