The Name "Al".Within Media&Politics,A Name To Be Associated With Buffoons&Clowns?

Something to ponder over,something probably no one has taken notice of.Just look at some of the politics/activists/actors of whom society deems as clowns,dimwits,bigoted,blockheads,etc.What is going on with the names that have "Al" in them?.Here are some of the culprits. Gore,Roker,Sharpten,Franken,Colmes,Baldwin,Grayson,and last but not least, "Al Bundy" {King Of All Al's}.So is it same to assume that "Al" will someday join the "Retired Names List"?,where names like Morty,Gaylord and Barney have been added over the decades.

Yes, I have read the same. But “Gilligan” is gone as a first name in most of the USA.

I think “Ginger,” “Jonas”, “Lovey” and “Thurston” are gone as well now that I think of it.

“Roy” is still around, as is “Mary Anne (in all its variations).
