Not even vending machines are outside the scope of Obamacare mandates. Under the bill's new labeling regulations nutrition information must be placed next to each slot of candy bars, chips, peanuts and cracker-jacks.
Around 457 pages into Obamcare, section 4205 stipulates:
"the vending machine operator shall provide a sign in close proximity to each article of food or the selection button that includes a clear and conspicuous statement disclosing the number of calories contained in the article."

People dont read labels. When a person wants a Snickers, he isnt going to waste time reading up on the calories. He just has to have that Snickers right now!Which will be identified as the next problem and hence a two week waiting period on Snickers will be enacted after you have had an ACA background check.

"the vending machine operator shall provide a sign in close proximity to each article of food or the selection button that includes a clear and conspicuous statement disclosing the number of calories contained in the article." If this disclosure is for the benefit of well being, then wouldn't it stand to reason to mandate that each voting booth be provided a sticker in close proximity to the voter that informs them of: "Voting Democrat can be detrimental to your health, wealth and pursuit of happiness"..?

Dont forget the permitting and licensing fees and surcharges to be added.I'm assuming you are referring to the signs vs. the merchandise - either way, it's a valid point.

No. The feds will ultimately decide that Snickers aren’t good for you and the company will be forced to take the product off the market.
Before long, all the candy and chips will be replaced with tofu and carrot sticks.

I am reminded of the South Park episode regarding Toilets and Safety Belts. It didn’t go well.

We need warning labels on all condom packages. And they must be read and acknowledged before use....Some mighty good ideas there. I like the idea of braille warnings on the condoms for the blind.
