Your hospital Medicare admittance has just changed under Obama Care. You must be admitted by your primary Physician in order for Medicare to pay for it! If you are admitted by an emergency room doctor it is treated as outpatient care where hospital costs are not covered. This is only the tip of the iceberg for Obama Care. Just wait to see what happens in this year and 2014!

Teh bill number in the OP is wrong. It was one of the PROPOSED health care bills, it was never voted on, it’s not the real Obamacare law.
The unpassed bill HR3200 turned into a series of scare emails based on non-fact. Note the number in OP is HB322- a real house bill is HR. I posted a link to the actual AHA text above.
Also, bill numbering starts all over with each new Congress, so 3200 in 1950 or 1990 or 2014 will all refer to different bills. You have to know which Congress had the bill.
If I make it to seventy five and am refused cancer treatment if needed, I am going on a hunting expedition for you know who!
At this moment I am not remembering the name of the movie. A few people escaped the domed city when it was one of their time to be celebrated, and ran to the unknown world outside.

BOL as I look at an inch and half thick high stack of paper waiting for my wife and I to organize it for our 2013 tax preparation meeting with our CPA for the Feds and California 2013 taxes. That doesn’t include a thick stack of health care cost pages, she is responsible for.
We pay sales tax, property tax and every so called non tax levied on our vehicles, little Jon boat and a kayak with a little electric motor.
My wife paid SS and Medicare taxes until she was 74 last year and finally retired. She started paying taxes and SS taxes, when she started working as a teenager and continued for close to 6 decades. Now, she still pays taxes as noted below.
We pay federal and state taxes, when we take our mandatory monthly withdrawals from our IRA’s and on my small pension. Our monthly social security payments are taxed by a complex formula.
This will continue until we die, and then the Californicator tax suckers, and the USA tax suckers will tax our estates for one final tax assault.
Our adult sons tell us not to worry about leaving any estate. If we leave this orb owing zero $’s to anyone and to any tax suckers and our estate is totaled out. That would be the best money management program by us, that they could hope for.

B.S. FR is going downhill posting this crap. There are real problems but not this.
If you are a Christian, look into a medical sharing ministry. They are exempt from o-care and you are treated like a self- pay patient. Thus, significant discounts can be negotiated with hospitals, etc. Once the medical sharing kicks in, you are re-imbursed for your costs. Our monthly share (that we send to someone having medical costs) is easily 4 or five times less than o-care and there is only a small deductible. Do some research, it’s worth the time.
Really, check it out. Very cool concept. We look at it comparatively: as homeschooling is to public school, medical sharing is to obamacare.
