Who is Jesus and what is the Holy Spirit according to your cult?

You’ve already said they aren’t God.

Who or what are they then?

And where does Jesus fit into your religion?

All you’ve talked about so far is your feely good spirit stuff.

I am not repeating what I have made clear just because you want it again. I have been very descriptive and clear...and you are the one in a cult...a Huge cult of Christian apostasy.

Quoting you: “you don’t even really understand the Scriptures that you quote. The word, often is a metaphor for spirit of God and Jesus. You cult members really are not so bright, sadly.”

Wait a minute if “The word” is used a metaphor for God and Jesus then you cannot claim that Jesus ISN’T God, scripture is clear: John 1 “ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.”

Jesus was with God in creation..that does not make him God. You guys are so lost in your cult you cannot see the obvious!

You cannot ignore that John chapter One says that Jesus is God:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, AND THE WORD WAS GOD.

You cannot discount ALL of the numerous CLEAR scriptures where Jesus himself said he was doing his fathers will...for one Scripture that could easily have been mistranslated. The entire weight of the new testament, and his very origins..Son of God..SON Son Son....means he is not God! Get out of your cult like thinking and see the obvious! You have been duped by the apostasy and the devil himself. He has to attack the very basis of his defeat, and he has found multitudes of willing subjects.

It was not mistranslated, and it’s not hard to understand the concept that Jesus is Both the Son of God, and God Himself.

You on the other hand are in the akward position of having to discount actual passages of the Bible like you have just done.

Sorry my friend, you either accept it all or you don’t believe it, really.

again, you miss the valid point..the entire weight of scripture points to Jesus’s submission to God. God does not submit to anyone! If you believe that all of scripture is correctly translated, I have a bridge to sell you.

Yes I do, and with regard to John 1:1-5 I CHALLENGE you to prove your false claim that it was mis-translated. PROVE IT..

John 1
King James Version (KJV)
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.

16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.

17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

18 No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

18 is proof, as well as his very son-hood, that Jesus is not God. Because of one word which clearly is not translated correct, you throw out the entire OBVIOUS weight of scripture and commonsense, that the savior was not God. You are a stubborn member of the cult of the Christian apostasy movement. I don’t know if you have the humbleness to see it.

"...that we would need the written word to come to salvation. That is crazy."

John 20:31 "But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name."

Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

A deceitfull heart will do anything to push the Word of God aside in order to retain it's lordship over our minds and it loves to do it's own version of "the work of God" in order to avoid doing THE "work of God."

>> The holy spirit is not a voice, it is a wordless light within

You’re saying this to distinguish the wonderful quality of the Holy Spirit from other potentially influential, negative voices?

No it was not mistranslated. (Which you have not shown any proof for).

Verse 18 does not contradict anything about Christ let alone that He (as both man) and as God (after since no one is righteous except for God) could see or be in the presence of The Father.

Jesus had to be God otherwise His sacrifice wouldn’t be able to cover the sins of all mankind (even if He were still completely righteous Himself and yet only a Human being). He’s not merely a human, He’s both God incarnate and a Human.

yes...if God used the same venue in our minds, thought, then we could NEVER see the difference. He uses the light, a direct positive sight. Never wrong.
