Kevin Sorbo is sick of what he calls Hollywood's intolerance to those who believe in God.
"There's a negativity towards Christians in Hollywood," Sorbo told FOX411. "And a negativity towards people who believe in God."

It's not just faith that Hollywood is intolerant of. Sorbo, who has spoken out against President Obama's policies, feels the backlash from the entertainment industry for his political affiliations.
"There's also a negativity towards people who aren't liberal. There's no question that it has hurt me in Hollywood that I didn't vote for Obama."
Sorbo said he doesn’t understand why his religious or political beliefs should have any affect on his work as an actor, but he has noticed a decline in role offers since coming out of the "Christian closet."
"There's some much bashing going on in the media and world for people who believe in God," said Sorbo. "I'm just not afraid of the [politically correct] crowd I'll go right back at them."
What it all comes down to is Hollywood not being open to those with differing beliefs, said Sorbo.
"There's so much anger in Hollywood," the "God's Not Dead" star said. "They don't like the truth, they'd rather belied to and they just attack anybody who doesn't agree their way."
"Yet they scream for tolerance and they scream for freedom of speech but only if it's their way," Sorbo continued. '"I don't begrudge them their beliefs, why do they begrudge mine?"

I’ll concede the point hthat he’s good in Longmire. Fabulous show. But the amount of dumb I saw in “Bats” is still fresh.

Some celebrities have an image to maintain. They have an on-stage image that is carefully crafted by paid image consultants to maximize appeal to a certain fan base. Some celebrities would not embrace their faith even if they had any because their image is their livelyhood.
I can imagine a few that would be totally different people in their private lives as opposed to their stage presence.
Afraid of G-d? With the garbage they spew out about Jews and Christianity (their version)?? They laugh in His face when they produce that stuff.
Practically speaking, Hollywood is dying. Giant multinational corporations have bought up the studios, and they only want scripts that conform to the book “Save the Cat”, generic scripts that offend no one, change nothing, and movies that make all their box office in the first week then are forgotten, except for DVD and Blu-Ray sales.
The last big money making enterprise in Hollywood was Canon Films, run by Golan-Globus, who produced dozens of low budget, but high margin movies, 8 of 10 of which just needed to break even, with 1 or 2 of 10 being successful, to make them very rich.
So this is what conservative actors should do. And not in Hollywood and that disaster of a state, California, but somewhere else. A new film production center, with entirely different values.
Decent and creative scripts, albeit low budget ones, with the emphasis on acting, foreign location shoots instead of f/x, live studio music, and non-union workers. Likewise, lots of direct to syndication anthology series for TV, so instead of a few actors making all the money, a lot of actors make *some* money, with a lot of work available.
Everything is family friendly, with only two subdivisions: directed at families with children; and more adult-oriented dramatic material, that is, not stuff children shouldn’t see, but stuff that children aren’t particularly interested in seeing.
A large part of what they would do could be non-fiction, like detailed biographical sketches of American heroes, “Mr. Wizard” type science shows as opposed to “Bill Nye the science fool” shows, futurism shows like the 1960s show “The 21st Century”, and geography-travel-tourism-history shows.
A lot of this was the best of TV programming in the 1950s through the 1970s. It was popular and it was intelligent. No reason that it wouldn’t still work.
That’s a simple answer, really. It is because GOD knows them. He knows what is in their hearts and in their minds.
Hollywood is filled with egoists, and the thing that egoists can’t handle is that there is an authority above them.

He's hunky, loves God, and isn't afraid to talk about it. I could care less about his acting.
