Is the interweb slowing down?
3/30/2014 | me

Posted on 03/30/2014 11:20:44 AM PDT by Mr. K

I have noticed that Facebook and Outlook mail and You tube are extremely slow this afternoon.

Does anyone else here see this? Is there getting to be too much traffic?

Or is Obama and the NSA watching my computer too close...

I do have a red sticker on my mailbox AND a yellow one- what does that mean?

The Interwebs is just a series of tubes. They can only handle so many bits of data. Once the bits reach critical mass the tubes will clog up and the Interwebs will cease to function.

Incorrect. The Internet is not something that you just dump something on. It’s not a big truck. It’s a series of tubes. And if you don’t understand, those tubes can be filled and if they are filled, when you put your message in, it gets in line and it’s going to be delayed by anyone that puts into that tube enormous amounts of material, enormous amounts of material.

What you are experiencing is known as Interweb Scanning Comprehension Overload.

You are processing the informations gleaning from interweb reading much like Evelyn Woods and are understand of them so fastly that it seems like they are slowly slowing down from perspective of you.

IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE IF YOU TYPE IN IN ALL CAPS WITH A LOT OF EXCLAMATION POINTS1

You're too good at that. Deal with offshore vendors daily, do you?
