Changes are on the way at the State Department. SOS John "Lurch" Kerry-Heinz announced today that he is planning major changes at State.

Due to the "workplace violence" in Benghazi that seriously depleted the staff in Libya, Slick Willy's wife slithering off with most of the senior staff, and a general fear of working for State in Muslim countries has caused Lurch to feel that he has been left in a lurch. After re-evaluating the Mid-East operations, Lurch has decided to contract out all of the State Department functions in Mid-Eastern countries to CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood. Lurch is confident that these groups can better understand and provide better service than white American christian crusaders.

In order to assist with his dealings with the Russians, Lurch will augment his team with two assistants. Feeling that the current negotiations with the Russians are worse than during the "Cold War", Lurch has decided to bring Bill Ayers and Jane Fonda on as specialists to help deal with the Russians. Lurch hopes Bill and Jane can renew their old relationships with Russian handlers and mentors to smooth the negotiations.

Although Lurch has not made the progress that he had hoped, he can crow that he hasn't has 40 years of being wrong on every foreign affairs issue like Slow Joe Biden.
