"I want to try it on my “progressive” brother-—perhaps he’ll start thinking straight and become a conservative."

If that works, we need to send a ton to the white house, and every congressman.

Our doc was elated that hubby’s Lipitor was “working so well”...until we told him he’d stopped taking it 18 months prior and switched to lecithin.

Woops.

Sounds like a thread coming on. I have a good friend that takes it regularly. Had circulatory plaque issues, now has none.

At 79 my friend is convinced. I think he has been using it for twenty years.

If hubby were not so hard headed and inside-the-box, he might have avoided his triple bypass.

He trusted his cardiologist.

Oh well.

Glad the bypass worked out. I take it he is now a believer?

Thanks and yes.

He’s now raving about the beetroot capsules I had to torment him into taking.

Placebo effect for dementia? What a stupid remark.

Coconut oil is awesome. I have a big tub on my shelf and use it often. It’s great for popping popcorn too!

Both! It fries tasty chips and is a great moisturizer.

cook with it. Use it instead of oil, butter for baking. Mix it with butter for toast, etc. I don’t think you have to eat large spoonfuls to take advantage of it’s benefits.

I’ve used it for about a year now. To me, it has no taste or smell.

My husband has Crone’s disease. After many different trials with very expensive drugs, it was somewhat under control.
A friend gave me a recipe for for coconut macaroons which I make every week. He has two per day and this has kept his disease under control and he is off the drugs for good.
Coconut oil is also a great hand and body lotion. Smells good too.

I use a big heaping spoonful on my oatmeal I just mix it in the pot before I serve it with cinnamon and gradeB maple syrup. Costco has the best deal on the extra virgin organic.
