IMPORTANT Primary Senate Races Left: And How You Can Help

Posted on 05/07/2014 9:09:59 AM PDT by ConservativeMan55

There are still several important Senate Primary Races left! And places where we can WIN! PLEASE contribute! And if you can't contribute money.. the least we can do is go to their pages and give them a "like" or a tweet.

Oklahoma:

Endorsed by: Sarah Palin, Mike Lee, Mark Levin, Senate Conservatives Fund.

TW Shannon - - FACEBOOK - - TWITTER - - DONATE

Shannon was most recently Speaker of the House in Oklahoma. As Speaker, Shannon led some of the most Conservative sessions in Oklahoma history.

Oklahoma passed an immigration law tougher than Arizona. Oklahoma defunded the arts. Oklahoma restricted abortions. Oklahoma cut the budget and cut taxes. Oklahoma passed open carry. Oklahoma voted not to participate in Obamacare.

T.W. Shannon is the former Speaker of the House in the Oklahoma legislature. He was elected by his Republican colleagues as the youngest and first African American House Speaker. He's also been called "the most conservative Speaker in State History." T.W. Shannon believes that government programs create a cycle of dependency that robs people of their dignity and traps them in generational poverty. If he's elected to the Senate, he will be a powerful voice for freedom.

Mississippi:

Endorsed by: Sarah Palin, Mike Lee, Mark Levin, Senate Conservatives Fund.

Chris Mcdaniel - - FACEBOOK - - TWITTER - - DONATE

Chris McDaniel is a constitutional conservative who will fight to stop Obamacare, balance the budget, and get America working again. Chris McDaniel is not part of the Washington establishment and he has the courage to stand up to the big spenders in both parties. He's a principled leader who will make Mississippi proud.

Kentucky:

Endorsed by: Sarah Palin, Mike Lee, Mark Levin, Senate Conservatives Fund.

Matt Bevin - - FACEBOOK - - TWITTER - - DONATE

Matt Bevin is a constitutional conservative who will fight to stop the massive spending, bailouts, and debt that are destroying our country. He isn't afraid to stand up to the Washington establishment and he will do what it takes to stop Obamacare, cut spending, and get the government off our backs. Matt Bevin is an exceptional candidate. He's principled, passionate, and has Ted Cruz-like courage.

Nebraska:

Endorsed by: Sarah Palin, Mike Lee, Mark Levin, Senate Conservatives Fund.

Ben Sasse - - FACEBOOK - - TWITTER - - DONATE

Ben Sasse is a strong conservative with a proven record of solving difficult problems. He's an expert on health care policy and will help repeal Obamacare and enact free-market health care policies that lower costs and increase quality. There are other good candidates in this race, but Ben Sasse stands above the rest. He's smart, principled, and he's not afraid to tackle tough issues.

Iowa:

Endorsed by: Sarah Palin, Mike Lee, Mark Levin, Senate Conservatives Fund.

Joni Ernst - - FACEBOOK - - TWITTER - - DONATE

Joni Ernst is a state senator and a Lt. Colonel in the Iowa Army National Guard. She's also a mom to three daughters and a grandmother to six grandchildren. Joni Ernst believes that Washington politicians have ignored the Constitution and abandoned the principles that make America great. If elected to the U.S. Senate, Joni Ernst will fight to cut wasteful spending, repeal Obamacare, and balance the budget.

FWIW...Re: TX 23...I don’t know about Hurd, but I supported Quico Conseco, last time he won...and I’m not even in his district. Hurd may be rock solid, I just haven’t heard about him, until now.

Conseco seems like a strong conservative and he’s a business owner. He’s the one who had the kurfuffle with TSA...claiming they violated his civil rights at the SA airport.

Thanks for posting this thread, CM55!!

These races are VERY important ~ as we all know we’re fighting as hard against the GOPe, as we are against the Dims.

FWIW, Senate Conservatives Funds have all of these mentioned candidates (and a few more) listed on their endorsed page, where you can donate directly, and individually, to each candidate, in one (total) donation.

Here’s the link....

why is Hurd getting so much support in the district if he is unelectable? And will the Freeper community want to rally around Canseco in near unanimity while the local conservatives are split? Seems peculiar.

is Canseco the consensus choice on here? Is there a group on Freeper that will rebut us and want to back Hurd? Hurd is black. A black anglo?

My mistake in misidentifying Hurd. I actually didn’t know he was Black until I saw his photo.

Dan Claitor is the bad one on the “R” side, he is a left-winger out to wreak havoc. I’d vote for Fast Eddie Edwards before I’d vote for him. Graves & Dietzel have the most amount of money so far (Claitor in 3rd place). Edwards only has $33k, but he still has the most money of any of the D’s running.

in AL-6, there are 4 candidates raising money
DeMarco 850k
Brook 490k
Mathis 390k
Palmer 405k

I think we should go with Palmer and Mathis, get them into the runoff. The worst case is Brook and DeMarco in the runoff. THis is an interesting one.

I wish some private sector corp would offer Alexander a position he suddenly couldn’t resist. Maybe several could pool their resources and create a private sector place for him :>}

I liked State Sen. Scott Beason, who stepped up to challenge Bachus in 2012. He’s more than likely the reason Bachus decided to finally retire after 22 years.

Unfortunately, our liberal RINO Governor would just shoehorn another Country Club liberal into the Senate seat. We absolutely must reform the way we nominate candidates in TN. Close the primaries to ensure legitimacy and runoffs are an absolute must. That a person could be nominated with 12% of the vote (or less) in a heavily contested multi-candidate field is antithetical to representative governance.

we’re whittling down on the South now. WE need a lotta input

FL-18 Murphy

Carl Domino about as good as we are going to get ... is he a shoo-in or could he be challenged? He is better than Schlesinger.

there is nothing crucial in GA until we get to the runoffs ...
GA 12
Allen and Dutton are great. Keep Yu out of the runoff in this 3-way race. But does Yu have a chance? maybe he is not a threat

GA11
I think we should leave Lindsey until the runoff and he might be unbeatable ... could be Barr in the runoff.

GA10 I think we ignore Gerrard unless he gets to the runoff

GA 01 McCollum might be unbeatable ... GRTL endorsement
“Protect the Sanctity of Life”
Martin is no threat

State Sen. Jim Tracy isn’t a bad sort, but he is more an establishment guy and has raised upwards of $1.3 million. He had an opportunity to run back in 2010 when he could’ve had the nomination just for the asking, but didn’t want to run against the execrable Lincoln Davis.

Did he live in TN-4 at the time? In 2010, Tracy ran in the open TN-6 and narrowly lost. I thought the 2012 round of redistricting put him in TN-4 as it is now.
