Utah Governor Gary Herbert signed a bill earlier this year that strips massive acreage of land from the overreaching hands of the federal government to help build the state’s economy and resources. Of course, not everyone seems to be happy about the land going back into the hands of its rightful owners. PFL

The article cited is woefully lacking in details about the legislation. I did a search and found what I think this article is referring to. Is it this - http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/03/24/us-utah-lands-idUSBRE82N03420120324 ? That’s two years old. Hardly breaking news. Moreover, the state is not grabbing land back. They are demanding that the federal government give it back or they are going to sue. Well, good luck with that!
