Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel (aka Dr. Death) was nominated by the President to be the new permanent head of the Veterans Administration.
Dr. Death has an illustrious career in medicine and is best known for his invention of Death Panels for the Obamacare tax law. Triggering the invention of the death panels was Dr. Death's creation of the "bell curve of death" which highlighted the unnecessary medical expense for people at the low end (infants and children) and the high end (seniors). Dr. Death demonstrated that it was infeasible and uneconomical to provide any medical treatment to these people other than a pill and instructions for them to go home and die for the good of the collective.
Dr. Death's first choice was to be the president of Planned Parenthood but was deemed not to be qualified. Dr. Death stated that he would have gotten the job had he had ballerina experience and was a little more effeminate like his brother Rahm.
Dr. Death, although disappointed at not getting the job at Planned Parenthood to kill babies, stated that he would hit the floor running at VA. Dr. Death stated that his transition would be much easier than expected since VA management had already instituted death panels by default.
Dr. Death was considering instituting a bonus plan wherein upper management would receive large bonuses dependent upon the successful elimination of the large backlog of patients. Dr. Death expects that death panels will be an integral part of the plan.

I thought the deputy VA secretary that had only been on the job for about the last 3 months was the one they selected...At least that was the last I heard about mid-week, this last week...

He really is the head of patient services at University of PA hospital , where several of my family and friends have died.
