Police have identified the owner of a high-performance sports car found abandoned burning near the George Washington Bridge.
Deankarte E. Ditchfield-Agboh, 33, of Palisades Park, NJ, is the owner of the 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago, Port Authority Police spokesman Joe Pentangelo said. The Lamborghini was found on fire and unoccupied in the westbound lanes near the bridge toll plaza in Fort Lee early Monday.

Now Bush the younger is being blamed for destroying Lamborghini’s
Aggrieved wife?
Looks more like a wreck. Likely he didn’t want to stick around to fail the sobriety test.
I’m guessing he ran away and left the car burning to avoid having his BAC tested.
Great minds think alike.
Now THERE's a name....
Hmmmm. Was he a journalist investigating US Generals’ misconduct?
Arrested on what charge; abandoning a vehicle, littering; arson; insurance fraud???
Are there witnesses to support the charges? Vehicles have been know to catch fire and burn alongside the roads (CAR-B-Q’s)...
I’ll say!
This might be one of many Lamborghini’s where flammable glue was used in the rear wheel wells of the vehicle, near the engine. You guess the rest.
Car ping
Don’t you know - this is the bridge that Christie blocked the exits at Fort Lee and where the news story took up about 100x more minutes than unimportant scandals like the VA, IRS, Taliban prisoner exchange, etc. Maybe they can blame this Lamborghini disaster on Christie as well, he was getting back at an area that didn’t vote for him for governor by privately giving this guy a fancy sports car he knew he couldn’t drive and that he would wreck, tying up bridge traffic. I can hear Brian Williams lead story now!
According to the article, he "was issued summonses for abandonment of a vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident."
He’ll probably claim stress and get off with a minor ticket. His insurance should pay for the removal of the burnt out car and restoration of the asphalt and/or damaged guardrail if there was one...
Those weren't Lambos. They were Ferrari 458s.
Whatever sentence he gets for leaving the scene of an accident will be far less that what he would have gotten had he hung around the scene and blown the BAC test.
Man....if I had a dime for every Lamborghini I’ve accidentally burned up.
How can he appear in court after the headline clearly says the owner was found abandoned and burned in a car crash?
