Experienced House Republican Seeking New Opportunity (Washington DC)
Craigslist ^ | 6/10/14

Posted on 06/10/2014 10:10:39 PM PDT by Oliviaforever

Former U.S. Representative for Virginia's 7th congressional district, serving since 2001, served as Minority Whip from 2009-2011 and Majority Leader from 2011 - June 10, 2014 when I was handed one of the most embarrassing losses in modern political history. Really regret opposing the extension of unemployment benefits now and calling the Tea Party "a tremendous positive influence" in 2010.

Will count votes (badly) for food.

Oliviaforever : If I were Cantor , I would suggest employment as a "job coach" ,
It seems that Karl Rove will soon be joining the ranks of the unemployed
and will be job hunting , andlooking for something with "benefits" , as OBummerCrap will kill him in taxation expenses. !!
Welcome to the NewWOrld Order that you helped to create !!

Maybe the brainless bastards who run the GOP House caucus for the sole benefit of the US Chamber of Crony "Capitalism" will listen NOW.

Cantor rounded up about $650,000 in construction contractor campaign money mostly from Texas from people having absolutely NO INTEREST in the well being of those of us who live in IL-16 and handed that money through "Young Guns PAC" to my current Congresswhore Adam Kinzinger in a primary against our then veteran incumbent Don Manzullo and defeated Don. Other than Ronaldus Maximus, Don was the very finest officeholder I have ever had the privilege of voting for. Cantor got his way in 2012. Tonight, those of us who despise Kinzinger and Cantor and revere Don Manzullo got our result against Cantor.

Next up: Bonehead, the drunken Weeper of the House, and McCarthy, the GOP-E Whip. They are every bit as much whores as Cantor and deserve the same fate. Let them take their portable mattresses and red lights and sacks of quarters to K Street but give us OUR party back.

The cherry on the top of today's sundae was the Texas Court of Appeals throwing out former Majority Leader Tom DeLay's state conviction in Texas.

I’ll say one thing. the complete absence of the usual suspects from the election threads tonight is pretty glaring.

If only they would stay gone we might well get organized and extract the well deserved justice on the GOP closet cases that caused this mess. But alas, after the excitement dies down, they will return again to pimp their whores and call us evil purists who love Obama and hate America once again.

Like the committed leftist pukes they truly are.

Cantor’s top five campaign contributors were Blackstone Group, Scoggin Capital Management, Goldman Sachs, Altria Group and Charmer Sunbelt Group

The Chemistry Council — a major lobbying organization representing chemical interests — invested more than $300,000, or more than Brat raised the entire cycle

As of the end of May, Cantor was sitting on a war chest of about $1.5 million

The money or funding....simply did not matter.

Cantor, in a federal election cycle or a state election cycle...might have had enough people to show up and vote. But this is a primary...in a non-federal year...and Brat only had to put one one simple message which sold itself to Republicans, conservatives, and Tea Party members. End of the Story.

As for future events with Cantor? I think he’ll take six months off...do a foundation gig for a year...and run for some state position (like governor) in the next state election. Heck, he might even show up at Fox News and replace the Huck.

When the “wack a mole” rhino(e) shills show up let’s be sure to remind them that they have the responsibility to vote for Brat regardless of their personal opinions b/c they been pushing this party over principle crap for decades! So they need to fall in line, eat their shit sandwich and like it.

My honest guess is that we’ll see Eric Cantor pop up as a lobbyist for the US Chamber of Commerce.

He won’t go back to his district; he’ll stay right where he is and start cashing in on his treachery.
