No amount of makeup remover can erase how he feels.
A gender non-conforming teen is fighting to retake his driver's license picture with the makeup he says the South Carolina DMV forced him to take off.
Chase Culpepper, 16, who prefers male pronouns, wears girl's clothing and makeup every day as an outward expression of his inner self, but that freedom was allegedly stifled on March 3 at the DMV in Anderson.

Now he knows how Lindsey Graham feels every day.
Ping to the pic Laz.
“gender non-conforming “ Isn’t “freak” so much easier to say?
This will sound odd... but trust me, that little dude is going to be getting a LOT of tail by the time he graduates. Maybe it’s all the “bisexual” chicks from marching band, madrigals, the drama club... but he will be swimming in vadge... mark my words.
“The whole freakin state is an embarrassment.”
— Yep,there’s a delightful little social club for this type of person in Waltham. They have cool dances and plan parties at local hotels.
There was also a transgender clothing store there for about 15 years but it has moved to another town.
What a country.
.
I hear Laz is on triple secret probation... Free Laz!
Girly boy needed to wash off some of that “freedom” anyway.

well I guess it would be hard to shave with full makeup on...
“Gender non-conforming” must be new Newspeak!

does that mean it has no gender at all ???
Yes, and you would have learned to conform. Wearing women’s clothing should be reserved for ones own home. No one wants to see that.
I find that the thicker my beard gets the more concealer I have to use to cover it up. I wonder if Chase has the same problem, yet!
Now this boy is taking things to the extreme but I’ve often wondered about the double standard. Girls wear boys clothes all the time without getting ridiculed or harrassed. Would the DMV refuse to take a girl’s picture if she showed up in trousers, a button down shirt and facial hair? If boys can only dress like boys, then girls should be made to dress like girls - such as dresses and skirts.

Im a girl...
my inner self could care less what I look like on the outsider...
I could go without makeup on the outside or even not shower for a week or 2..
My inner self would just sit here smug and innerterverted..and not care...
But my outer self looks in the mirror and sees that my hair is straggly and I have mud on my face from the garden and I raise my outward arm and sniff yucky and my outer self says “I stink I need a shower” and my inner self says “So ??? whats that to me ??? I cant smell anything. I don’t need a shower. You go take your dumb shower. Im going to hang around in here and sleep”...
and my inner self content that it makes no difference to her whether the outward of me is smelly or clean or coiffured or made up or has a green face mask or even pimples is not concerned about looking good for a DMV pic which usually doesn’t flatter anyway even if youre done up for a glamour shot...
But now Im told after 65 years of living this double separated life of just being a girl that my inner and my outie are suppose to mesh in a Kumbya relationship...
one cant go to the bathroom without the other...a real BFF thing...
but I say...
Just take the stupid photo...
According to the article, he told the DMV he is male. Seems reasonable to have him remove his markup as he said he is male and uses male pronouns.
WHAT”S THAT ?????
These people will really mess up the autopsies should they ever die in a violent attack. DNA says male, but they look female or vice versa. Same thing with the gender “reassignment” idiots.
Either you have an XX chromosome or an XY chromosome. Live with what you were created with or go blast your brains into the sink or toilet. I am sick and tired of these people shoving their agenda into the public.
"Leave Chase Culpepper alone!"
