There’s only two ways out for his type. Dead or in prison.

a .22LR is not a sniper rifle. But the story is still odd.

***.22-caliber rifle with scope***

A sniper rifle? Come on! Every kid around here has one of those!

Now where did they find ammo for it!

Inspired by the DC snipers, who used a similar system. The removed trunk contents, drilled a small hole in the trunk and removed back-seat paneling.

This permitted a shooter to lay in the back seat and trunk and shoot through the closed trunk lid.

Law enforcement pulled over NUMEROUS whites driving white vans, but the culprit vehicle proved nothing like that. Also the actual bust was done by responsible citizens, NOT by officers.

The younger shooter nearly escaped from questioning via ceiling panels and ducting —he was 90% out of the building, in fact.

Last fact:

The motive for the shooting spree was a CUSTODY matter of the elder shooter with his wife —the younger shooter didn’t know that and was trying to “please Allah” and his “adoptive father”.

Simple answer is NO!

They have no conscience and no values. What they love is power and control..... kind of like the elite in DC

Thugocracies exist in many places

A 22-250 or even a .22mag makes a nice sniper rifle. Of course a .223 is a military standard.

A silenced .22lr in a bustling urban setting fired from the cover of a vehicle stopped at an intersection could be very effective.

"I have heard it called a 'sniper van,' but I don't know what to make of that," he said.
