The 65M People Who Voted For Obama,Was It Worth All Of The Chaos,Scandals,Horrific Attacks?

Posted on 07/22/2014 3:55:20 PM PDT by Cruz_West_Paul2016

But I Voted For Obama For "Free Stuff",And I Am Entitled!.So how do these 65.9 Americans feel now that they are indirectly responsible for the horrific events of the last 2 or 3 weeks?,Was the free-stuff worth watching thousands of children suffering and dying trying to cross the border?,Was voting for a liberal worth what happened in the Ukraine along with god knows how many innocent people have died in the mid-east?And now here we are 5.5 years into the Obama Administration and thanks to these 65 Million"Selfish/Greedy" Americans, we are beyond a Nation In Fear! And to think we were already a Nation In Fear in 2008!

Hispanics want amnesty

Legal Hispanics with voting rights in this country do not favor amnesty or an open border.

Ha, ha.....you think?

You think maybe that’s why the founders limited the right to vote to property owners who were viewed as “stakeholders” in the outcome?

Good luck going back to that. What the idiots in charge really want is to transition to a “Direct Democracy”. They’ve never been on board with a “Republic”.

Contrary to conservative rhetoric “free stuff” did not account for a large number of votes (except in inner cities). People voted for him because they thought he was “cool” and he wasn’t Bush (or Romney, who they couldn’t relate to at all).

That’s why the rnc/gop-e need to keep there nose out of the primaries. They are out of touch, the people know better.

I believe the idiots in charge have no interest in a Democracy of any sort.

it was so obvious during the two years of his campaigning that Obama had no plan to fix the economy and never spoke of the american dream, yet they voted for him.

One might rationally question the 15th Amendment as well.

Most of the Obots I know are no longer Obots. Those who still are Obots haven’t done well in the years he’s been _resident.

The way I'd limit who can vote is, keep people on welfare from voting, like we do felons.

The US Constitution (Article I, Section 2) leaves it to the individual states to set the requirements for who can vote (subject to specific later amendments on race, sex, poll tax, and age.)

That'd do it.

I don't think you need a property requirement for voting to fix things.

Just keep those on welfare from voting, like felons. It'd be perfectly legal for a state to do it, not that they ever would, but just sayin'.

There wasn't a welfare state in the time of the Founding Fathers, but nowadays, a bar to voting based on welfare would do the trick.

Some of the 65 million people were fooled once; some of them twice. But, many had a different reason for supporting the charlatan. In more than a few cases that was certainly the race card that gives him a distinct immunity from criticism, opposition and maybe even the law.

But, what I find most disturbing in this is that Obama is ignoring the plight of our veterans, ignoring the gloomy projections of our economy, ignoring the repeated rulings of unlawfulness and unconstitutionality of Obamacare, ignoring the crisis on our border and ignoring the escalating violence in the middle east to hold multiple fundraisers up and down the west coast as far from D.C. as he can get.

Why does this disturb me? Is it because of his demeanor and character? No, I know what kind of man he is. That's easy to see, unless you are in the media.

What disturbs me is that fellow Americans are lining up to have lunch with this lout for $35,000 as a way of telling him; "This is all good and we want more of what you've done"!

I would not consider anyone lining up to give Obama $ 35,000 a fellow American. In fact, I would not even consider them to be Americans. But that is just me. What do I consider them to be? Traitors and parasites.

I believe there are 4 amendments on qualifications for voting:

15th -- race
19th -- women
24th -- poll tax
26th -- age 18.
