I couldn’t understand why the Dems didn’t pass that nationally in 2009/10.
When energy prices soared they could blame the evil oil companies and utilities.
For Califoria by itself, folks gonna look over the state line and figure out it’s really government getting the “windfall profits”.

Charles Krauthammer also thinks gas should be $6 a gallon artificially priced with government collecting the profit if it is lower than that.
It is a ridiculous idea.
