The TV show "19 Kids and Counting" was cancelled today, weeks after TLC pulled the show from its schedule because one of its stars, Josh Duggar, admitted to "inexcusable" actions that occurred several years ago, ABC News has learned.
"After thoughtful consideration, TLC and the Duggar family have decided to not move forward with '19 Kids and Counting.' The show will no longer appear on the air," the network told ABC News in a statement.
The cancellation follows TLC pulling the show from its schedule in May after reports surfaced that Josh allegedly inappropriately touched several minor girls, starting when he was 14 years old. Later it was discovered that some of the alleged victims were his sisters.

Surprised that the Touching Little Children channel actually did this - maybe they waited this long for contractual reasons.

Truth be told many people even “conservatives” are glad this happened. I think many people felt uncomfortable and guilty looking at their lives. Now people can stop feeling uncomfortable. Honestly no one cares what people do since we are a nation of sexually decadent people. Americans want to continue on and not feel their guilty conscience bothering them or someone telling them they should stop.
That’s a bizarre analysis.
Maybe this will be a lesson to any Christians thinking of getting into the public eye. You better be PERFECT, no jaywalking, no parking tickets, no complaints from former neighbors, etc, etc. But not to worry, athiests, mooselimbs, or Rastafarians do not need to aspire to such standards. They only need proclaim they are lifelong staunch democrats and anything goes.
A teenager sexually assaulting their 4 year old sister isn’t jay walking or a parking ticket.
They can watch MobWives, Season 4 or 5.

This is my take on this whole show. I suspect TLC knew all along what Josh did and still let the show air knowing that in time this would leak. Why? Because they wanted to show America “See this is now Christian families really are. They are no better than the rest of us. They preach morals and values for the rest of us but in truth they don’t practice what they preach”.
If you stop and think about it, this is what has happened. It may or may not come out that TLC knew but we all know Hollyweird works to put Christians in a bad light any way they can.

I think that Hollyweird found it odd for a family to have 19 kids, period. Whatever cracks could be found would highlight their antibreeder case.
I don't mean to minimize what he did, but "touching" someone's privates pales in comparison to what liberals generally think is permissible behavior.
Now show me that he chopped up a fetus and sold its body parts and I'll call him a vile sinner with the rest of you. Again, don't get me wrong, sin is sin, but had he not repented do you really think he and Hitler would be cell mates in hell?

I guess they needed to free up time for their new transgender star and her show “I am Jazz”. And then there is always the chance the Honey Boo Boo might come back.
What do they have to speak out about? Really they had a long run of free money for doing nothing more interesting than turning lady parts into a clown car, and TLC has finally started moving away from the Trainwreck Lives Channel nickname. Take the money and run... far away.
I think Christians on TV can get away with jaywalking and parking tickets. It’s allowing their son to molest their daughters and doing less than nothing about it that got them in trouble. Face it, the Duggars are somewhere between deeply disturbed and outright scum.

Thing about that is, when TLC meet them they had only about 10? kids. This show has changed it’s name as they had kids

Don’t even ask me which age it began with I have no idea. Point is Michelle was putting out kids to keep the “show” on the air. The Duggars were getting paid to have babies, TLC had the ratings, the girls were being molested, all the while true Christians are being mocked and did not know it (well some did).
Oh but there was more about “poor little Josh” this happened when he was 16, after he was “healed”.
You know there is more to come.
