They murdered 80 people, including women and children, on television, and got away with it.

Which is why they think they can get away with anything.

More Cruz government lawyer double talk!

TED CRUZ’S FEDERAL EDUCATION “CHOICE” KILLS THE AMERICAN DREAM

[snip]January 28, 2016

WARNING: Senator Ted Cruz Uses the Words “CHOICE” and “CIVIL RIGHTS,” but Beware. By Dangling Title I Money to ALL Parents, Sen. Ted Cruz Accelerates Federal Control Over All Private, Religious, and Homeschools, and Blankets Common Core Equitably to ALL Schools in America With His Proposed Bill, S 306. [Source: Link]

On Oct. 26, 2015, The Blaze quoted Sen. Ted Cruz as saying, “School Choice Is Today’s ‘Civil Rights’ Issue.” But before you get excited about this, ask Sen. Ted Cruz what he means when he uses the term “choice.”

Please, Cruz supporters, listen to this kind advice: a nomination win for an evangelical Christian is a loss for the party and country. Why? Because both the evangelical voters and the public will hold him to an unrealistically high standard. So when he fails, as all humans must, his religion and his character will be assaulted mercilessly. Christianity in the public life of the nation will gain and inch and lose a mile.

For those of you who can't understand how Christians could vote for Donald Trump, it is because he is in a better position to make the cultural changes we need to lay the groundwork for a resurgence of Christian values in government going forward. It is precisely because he is widely suspected NOT to be much of a Christian himself that he would be able to move the "Christianity" piece around on the chessboard without being suspected of trying to "establish a religion" for personal reasons.

The fact that he wants to return us to the Christian social values -- "common sense", lawful citizenship, clear distinction of how Islam is incompatible with Christianity or the Constitution, respect among nations, a healthy economy for the middle class so they can afford to raise families, reducing debt that would fall on our descendents -- I can vote for him in good conscience.

Did he cheat on his wife or wives? He has been forthcoming about that and has changed his behavior.

Can he do what he promises? At least as well as any of the professional politicians who have contributed to the mess we are in; i.e. everyone but himself and Carson.

For Biblical examples of pagan kings whom God used to establish the Judaic culture through which Christ came and the House of God in Jerusalem in which Jesus taught, see Cyrus, Darius, Ahasuerus and Artaxerxes.

The only time I've seen her lose it was in her vanity post that led to her temporary ban. That was unuaual for her.

Surely, you jest.

Article today, don't see it posted.

Just a reminder that I don't post the articles that go into the MAGA list; my process is gathering up the relevant articles that have been posted. We are all important to keeping on top of the news of our candidate.

If there's an article you really want to see up on the Forum or on the MAGA list and it hasn't been posted, that's your cue either to post it or to ask a FRiend to post it. I will likely catch the link as I go through my gathering process. If not, ping me or freepmail me and I can then evaluate the link for inclusion. But it's all I can do to keep up with the flood of posted articles. :-)

Honest. She posts negatively, but usually with self control. That ban-worthy thread was the only time I’ve seen her unhinged.

I know the FR Caucus is barely being mentioned on the FR Caucus Open Discussion Thread, but . . .

Pataki, Graham, Huckabee, Paul, and Santorum have dropped out of the race, and the tables, polls, charts, and graphs would be easier to read with those five names removed. Should DoughtyOne drop Pataki, Graham, Huckabee, Paul, and Santorum from the list?

And then there were nine: Bush, Carson, Christie, Cruz, Fiorina, Gilmore, Kasich, Rubio, and Trump (TEN if you count, the ever-popular “Vote No”).

More generally, Fiorina is saying that she should be on the main stage. Any thoughts on that? Should it be all nine, now that they fit, or where should the line be drawn? I’d like to see them split with the top five on the main stage, which leaves Carly out, and the other four getting a separate debate. I’d also like to see them all get fair questions (rather than tailored and targeted questions based on the equivalent of opposition research), with opportunities to respond to each other whether or not their names are mentioned, and equal time enforced by cutting off their microphones.

I will be making adjustments to some of the charts today.

It probably won’t meet your full approval, because I want the format to remain the same so folks can easily move through the charts without having to figure out the changed for mat.

I am confident that any changes will meet with my approval. I was merely making suggestions for consideration, and I recognize that there are good reasons both for removing former candidates and for keeping them.
