I used to try to explain to these idiots when I came across them that it’s not the land that made this country great, it’s the people and cultural. Coming over here and trying to claim the land and get rid of our culture will just put them back to Mexico misery.
For decades now we've been hearing from pro-Hispanic groups like La Raza how demographics are shifting and ‘whites’ will be a minority in the first half of this century. They don't point this out in a ‘isn't it wonderful that we will live in diverse harmony’ way. They say this as a threat and a war cry, and it is based on exactly the kind of hateful racism and resentment of America exemplified by the ‘demonstrations’ at the Trump rally, and the quote that is the subject of this thread.
We've heard these kinds of ‘we will outbreed you’, and ‘you will be a minority’ threats from multiple groups now, including radical Islamists. These are statements of intent and aggression. Groups that speak like this of America have no desire to ‘melt’ into the big American melting pot. They wish to supplant, and they feel justified in their hateful ambition because they think it's perfectly normal and acceptable to hate - as long as they hate the people that deserve to be hated (in their estimation).
It's disgusting, and we tolerate it at great risk.
I hope they have something like "50 weeks of 50 states" or something like that, where each state gets to come and lay bricks in the wall. My dad is a WWII veteran who has passed now, I'll buy a dozen memorial bricks with his name in the section honoring "The Greatest Generation".
This issue of border security goes to the bond between those elected to govern and their promises and the people that elect them. That bond has been broken for so long that we have whole new generations of undocumented workers (illegal aliens) pulling the same scam again. Who can blame them. Anyone 45+ y/o or so knows this.
