Why? Alcohol has caused the destruction of hundreds of millions of families and lives. Prohibition resulted in huge new government regulations and even bigger organized crime was such a total failure that it was repealed in a matter of weeks after it was introduced.

Feel horrible for that child in the backseat. His world should not include a police officer checking to see if Mommy still has a pulse.

Also striking in that picture is that the ‘adults’ in that picture actually do look dead. How often does the little boy in the backseat have to wonder if Mommy and Daddy are not going to wake up.
