Same thing on a large homeschool board I frequent. It is supposedly politics free but people get their digs in before threads get pulled.
I’ve been on single payer pretty much my entire life as a military dependent, then a soldier then a veteran. But it won’t be like that when it hits the mainstream.

The best story is my friend who bought a new 600k condo in the city. His taxes went up to 10k a year and he was bitching to no end. He is a huge Hillary lover.
I told him you voted for it so deal with it or change it. He did not like that at all.
Rush Limbaugh has complained about this as well - in the same way his tech blogs are entirely lib.
That’s like the politics-free entertainment forum I used to frequent. Libs could get their little licks in, but if a conservative had enough and responded, the mods would delete that post and issue warnings.
I gave up on all sports years ago. Anyone still feeding that beast with their money, attention, and devotion is just working against conservative causes the way I see it.
Every stock board is too, they all bash Trump. In somewhat similar ways too.
I think there is a huge campaign going on probably through Media Matters and Correct the Record where they have tens of thousands of paid Trump bashers spread out all over the internet.
It seems too coordinated and similar in their tactics to just be random.

I often think that myself. When you make a counterpoint during one of their little online socialism orgies, the reply is often some half-wit reply followed up by “get educated”. They all same the *exact* same thing only with different names.
If you make a point they cannot refute, the personal attacks come out. I typically agree with whatever they say no matter how derogatory ... that drives them crazier.

It is the same on boards for any hobby. Comment after comment sticks to the topic and BOOM the turd lands in the punchbowl like a cannonball into a swimming pool, fouling everything.
