I see many couples where one partner is fit and the other has let themselves go completely. It isn’t pretty and, in some cases, makes one wince. In those cases, I can understand why there is no longer any sex in the marriage.
After menopause, the sexual drive of many women just dries up. What is a man to do? Get divorced and look for someone else? You will lose more than half your assets and then possibly get trapped in the same situation.

That is a truth I learned back in the Clinton/Monica years. To promiscuous people, everything is about sex but nothing is about love. Just like homos.
I can see a conflict that would arise between freedom of sex and sexual liberty.
Freedom of sex would prevent the Congress from making any laws establishing sexual performance. But sexual liberty would mandate being able to force someone’s sexual performance onto unwilling others.
It’s a dilemma.

I have a young woman friend in her early 30’s who was in a difficult marriage He was a hidden severe alcoholic who emotionally abused her.
She is looking for a husband to have a family and children with, a manly man who would love a womanly woman. And this sort of stuff is going on!
