I might let them unlock a detached tool shed. Thars about it

My understanding there was a similar service in the wild west. This is just the modern way to get a candygram.

Oh, c’mon!
Let’s say you are taking a bath and realize you have no clean towels but your smart phone is within reach. You go to Amazon, order a towel and a guy brings it straight to you in the tub. Who needs house maids and servants? We can all be kings.

The same couriers that just chuck your stuff over a fence because they’re too lazy to open the gate ?

They forgot about the part where the courier unlocks a window from the inside.

Wasn’t Walmart or some grocery chain proposing the same? Call me crazy but I’d rather look down the block, under the shrubbery and behind the right back tire for my packages.

My Amazon orders go to a UPS store mailbox.
Cheap security.

Yeah having total strangers come into your house, clean your house, and walk your pup..what could POSSIBLY go wrong/sarc
To: rightwingintelligentsia
So, robbers follow Amazon guy, sneak up behind him as he’s unlocking the door, then walk into home. Tie him up and the house is theirs.
Did anyone speak up at the meeting when they hatched this failure?

Our massive, debt-based, zero-interest, printed central banking money bubble is sustaining all kinds of bizarre ideas, from Academia to Amazon.

Sure. Technology never fails! No one ever writes flawed programs. No thief ever figured out a way to overpower the system.
