The incident occurred about 5:40 a.m. at a home in the 10300 block of Horse Haven Street. An FBI agent then fired his or her weapon after an altercation with a "subject," Special Agent Michael Gifford told KTLA in an email. The person was injured and taken to a hospital, but Gifford did not elaborate on who the person was or what the extent of their injuries were. No law enforcement officers were injured in the shooting, Gifford said.

Considering that FBI stands for Feral Beasts of Incompetence these days..
How is the dog?
No law enforcement officers were injured in the shooting, Gifford said.

Like that is the most important thing.
The Somali cop went home safe after killing that lady in MN.
The agents on the ground have to prove to the country that they still mean business.
Given it is the FBI, I wonder if this agent was was serving an illegally obtained warrant on someone like the boyfriend of his ex-wife just for kicks and decided what the heck, might as well shoot him while I’m here.
“How is the dog?”
This is a tough crowd.
LOL
Someone was going to pay...............
That is an expensive neighborhood just NE of Burbank.
Good thing grandpa didn’t go for his teeth in the glass next to the bed during all the commotion.
So, it appears there are a lot of folks here who sympathize with the Black Lives Matter crowd. Maybe we should wait for the evidence to unfold first, before we start blaming law enforcement.
5:40 AM???
Any warrant issued which lists the place, persons, and items to be searched for which is to be carried out between 11:00PM and 8:00AM must have the judge who signed the warrant at the scene.
Nothing good happens after midnight, and that goes for the police, persons, neighbors, pets, and ambulance crews.
It never ceases to amaze me why law enforcement is taught to terrorize people in the middle of the night like shock and awe is a precursor to a positive outcome?
Somebody smoking pot?
Excellent observation.
Problem is, there's a lot of people who no longer give law enforcement the benefit of doubt. Cops should probably stop murdering people. Might go a long ways towards earning that trust back.
We can all know this was well documented and we will know the name of the agent and will soon see the bodycam video.
Oh wait...F troop doesn’t release the agents name and they dont use body cams like they insist local departments must.
Yep, that’s a good idea.
No, the judge does not have to be present for a nighttime warrant.
