It only takes Trump ten seconds to tell the truth...he can afford the time. He’s right about Hollywood not having
‘stars’ ... these are NOT people Americans care about anymore.
It’s time that the History Channel or one of the alternate cable networks run some big mega movie, and put real competition against the Oscar Show.
That’s why I didn’t watch. Trump bashing just reminds me of eight years of self censorship and lies about our last president. The comparison is beyond disgusting.
The man us a work-a-holic. And hardly the only person that makes a lot of tweets while keeping busy with their real life. Heck his critics seem to spend far more time on hus tweeting than he does..
If he hadn’t included that parenthetical “just kidding”, the media would be moaning endlessly about how egotistical he is.
It would be interesting to review how many jokes were told about Obama versus how many jokes have been told about Trump.
I was talking to someone more liberal, and he told me people like Jon Stewart used to make fun of Obama. But I don’t think those jokes were nearly as vicious as the ones told about Trump.
So while it may be true that the comedians took shots at Obama, I have a feeling the ratio of Obama jokes to Trump jokes, or jokes told about Bush compared to Obama, that we would see many more told about the Republicans versus jokes about Obama, or jokes told about Bill Clinton when he was president.
Hollywood has played a big role in the degradation of our country. Besides, Trump is getting more done than any other president in recent times. He can afford a few seconds to expose the liberals.
THE most important issue of the last 60 years has been the culture war. Lose that and nothing else matters.

He’s right. No big stars. A bunch of mediocre “actors” congratulating themselves for making movies virtually nobody wanted to see. This is why fewer and fewer are watching any product out of Hollywood. The only thing keeping it afloat are comic book movies. For over the last decade the best cinema is coming from cable television and services like Netflics.
They don’t have any stars anymore...or good movies.
I’m sorry to break it to you, but we already have lost the culture war. The Left is now so emboldened that they are broadening their attacks into areas once thought impossible just a decade ago.
