Women are hard-wired to find well-meaning sexist men MORE attractive . . .
Daily Mail UK ^ | 07 03 2018 | Sam Blanchard

In a study women preferred men who were chivalrous or protective

Those men were rated more attractive then those who treated women as equals

Scientists say it may be hard-wired to prefer a mate who is willing to provide

Even staunch feminists showed the same pattern of attraction

Who paid for this redundant study?

Being “girly” and only 60” high, I appreciate protective and chivalrous fellows, but my #1 requirement isn’t mentioned here. It’s that he should put God first. I’m content to be a close second :)
Probably the main reason I remain single. Such men are rare.

Women don’t know it. That’s why the 101st Airborne and 75th Ranger Battalion were just opened to women. Decades of lies has many women believing that Wonder Woman is real and they’re just as strong and physically capable as men.

Wow, most women actually prefer men who act like men - who knew?

I refer to them in general as “Hemales” or women who want to be men

Real women, this article is true and natural. Women values security, men value honor

Men who are on the other track are Shemales, aka Pajama Boys

Chivalrous and protective is NOT sexist. It’s normal. So change it to “women find normal men more attractive.”

There is no wiring in the brain. Reference deleted.

It has been known with absolute certainty ever since the first man swung a club to kill the beast trying to hurt his mate that men protect their women! That’s the whole idea! Who carries the baby? The woman. Who is unable to defend herself while pregnant and nursing? The woman. Who is more than happy to fight to protect her, as long as he gets his sex? The man! That’s how it works. Denying it is stupid.
Should be obvious, and no “study” is needed.

Ask me what I think.

Observation. Swedish men have been p*ssified. There is no chivalry. Go open the door yourself, woman! As a result, Swedish women flock to Greece for vacation, where the men are sexist pigs. The Greek guys are happy to satisfy their lust, and give the women a good time too.

Totally agree, re the honor/security dynamic. My husband and I have discussed this, drawing the same conclusion. There are of course historical exceptions, but they are indeed exceptions to the rule. Both qualities are required for human survival.

“They believe, or pretend to believe, that there is no such thing as hard wiring.”

The leftists are very unhappy with reality and are constantly trying to change it. It’s why they’re perpetually angry at the world.

You would think they would find it much easier to change their belief system, but, ironically, that too may be hard wired.

I would not be surprised if eventually they find a gene responsible for their pathological, depraved taste for equality and suicidal sense of compassion.

Bad boys attractive as a sex interest.

The others are attractive as a provider/wallet.

“The left won’t care. They believe, or pretend to believe, that there is no such thing as hard wiring. Therefore, all they have to do is “educate” (browbeat and intimidate) people long enough, and people will start to think “correctly”.”

That’s the whole problem with the Left - they deny reality, and try to bend it to their will. In the same manner that they think a few slogans and endless hectoring will change the hard wiring of people WRT issues of sex, they also believe the same about economics. You simply CANNOT change human nature - in economics, people will act in a self-interested manner. The beauty of Capitalism is that it harnesses everyone’s self-interest for the greater good - not perfectly, of course, but a WHOLE lot less imperfectly than any other system ever devised.

I guess that what it really comes down to is that Leftists are either so arrogant, or so incredibly stupid, that they believe that their wishing of something to be true will make it so. I never tire of calling Leftists “dumb ass!” - though I do grow tired of dealing with them.

“When I was single there were girls I liked to take out on a Friday night but they were not the girls I would ever bring home to meet my mother at Sunday dinner.”

Similarly, there are cars that you’d love to rent for a day or a few at a time, but those aren’t the most practical ones to buy for the long term. :>)

It’s ok. Men want to be admired and cherished, and also want to control the situation. Or at least enjoy the appearance that they are in control. So it’s all fair. ;). We can both have it both ways, if we dump political correctness.

So we’ve raised a generation of men who believe that being unprotective and unchivalrous toward women is the correct behavior, in spite of all contrary evidence that women are attracted to protective and chivalrous men. It makes sense on some planet, I guess.

Interesting that the writer seems to think being chivalrous and protective, and treating women as “equals”, are mutually exclusive. There still are @$$holes out there who treat women as inferior beings, most notably within certain cultures and off-limits-to-criticism religions. But there is no contradiction between recognizing the fact that the TWO genders are different in many ways and treating each other with mutual respect, those differences being complementary and all.

I know some might label my post as sexist, but...I don’t understand why the heck they find that so offensive.

It is why people working as a team, even all men, or all women are greater than the simple sum of the people involved...

I might work with all guys, and some guy may have a completely different perspective on an issue that I simply lack, and vice versa.

I am not offended by that...I am glad for it!
