This is simple...yes, Judge, Brett Kavanaugh is accused of sex abuse allegations...but while his appointment to become an Associate Justice of the USA Supreme Court hangs in the balance...it is truly the Democratic Republic United States Of America, that is fighting for it's very survival to maintain the premise that an accused citizen is "Innocent Until Proven Guilty".
The current entire Socialist, Communist, Democrat Party, as it stands and proclaims loudly these days believes firmly that a citizen charged with an accusation is "Guilty Until Proven Innocent.
Judge, Kavanaugh and Ms. Christine Ford will both have their day in a process hearing today to see if it can be reasonably determined if Ms. Fords sex abuse allegations are true, false, or undetermined. So much for that issue.
But the real issue at hand here is a basic right of all citizens accused of crimes, etc. whom are now are held by the Democrat Party to be "Guilty Until Proven Innocent".
The American people, citizens, voters hold the choice and destiny of "Innocent Until Proven Guilty" mantra, that has stood so long in our Republic in their hands.
With each passing day, it becomes more evident that the current Democrat Party needs to be destroyed politically right now. I can assure you folks that if that does not happen, you will be destroyed, denied your rights, your freedoms in short order. Every American voter regardless of political beliefs, needs to turn out on this coming Mid-Term Election Day, Tuesday, November 6, 2018 and cast their votes against all Democrat Party candidates running for office.
As for the Republicans on the Senate Judicial Committee, after today's hearing, you "all of you" better cast YES/YEA votes to move the Kavanaugh nomination to the full Senate floor for an up & down vote by the full Senate. I hope you all realize that Judge Kavanaugh is not at stake here, the nation Republic has a fatal knife pointed at its Freedom heart. Wake up deadbeat GOP Senators.
Guilty until proven innocent has been a political “law and order” trend in regards to crimes associated with sex since the early ‘80s with much judicial activism and even much legislation to that effect. I’ve watched over the years, as people in both political parties pushed for the policy and law changes.
Honestly defining the problem is the first step towards correcting it. Otherwise, the political/regulator class will continue to cannibalize itself.

Actually, since I can’t sleep for some reason, I have been browsing through web land for the last hour or so and I found the coming sunrise this morning not too favorable to the Democrat Party, Ms. Christine Ford or all the other loose ends and nutcases that surround this not so clownish outrage fiasco.
I do hope and pray Senator Chuck Grassley and his potential naysayer Republicans, Collins, Corker, Flake, Murkowski, etc. get on the “Kavanaugh” bandwagon to vote yes on the committee vote to move this nomination forward to the Senate floor after the hearing being held today. What ever happens, Kavanaugh at the least deserves and up & down full Senate vote.
I still wonder whether the now besieged Ms. Ford will show up this morning for her so desired hearing. I have doubted her from day one of this farce....feeling the poor woman is not wrapped too tight...and really needs professional, medical, and mental health assistance big time.
If they win—we need to have women accuse the Democrats of sexual advances and have them forced out of office. In this case—the ladies wouldn’t have to lie...

I have always associated guilty until proven innocent with napoleonic law... as distinct from us law and english common law from which it is derived...
I might be wrong on this since i am not a lawyer. But otherwise, how did napoleonic law philosophy suddenly seem to become accepted within us jurisprudence? It seems to me that congress has been running a loose ship for several decades and have not updated their rules to keep up with the needs of modern society. This seems especially true given their history vis a vis clarence thomas and possibly others. Trump still has a good deal of work to do cleaning up this type of stuff presuming it can be cleaned up at all...

Imho To play hardball, kavanaugh could file a libel lawsuit. Once ford starts talking in lublic, kavanaugh could amend to slander, and charge her lawyers to boot.

Just a point of note this morning. The Democrats who were ranting and raving like uncontrolled lunatics for days, especially yesterday, relative Kavanaugh being a sex abuser & convicted rapist, are mighty silent this morning. What up?
It’s now 8:00 am (EST) and yet not one word about the whereabouts of Ms. Christine Ford. Strange for someone that is due to report for her hearing with Senate Judicial Committee at 9:45 AM this morning. Not a word about her whereabouts?
Watching the DemocRAT Parties actions right now is like watching a drowning man, desperately and wildly reaching and grasping for anything, anywhere, that might save his life.
When this is over, and hopefully, Justice Kavenaugh has been seated on the Supreme Court, they will attempt to make like nothing has happened and go on to the next scandal.
We must pursue them for their actions, and hound them out of office and into oblivion, without mercy.
The Democrat Party has been internally self destructing itself for a long time starting with Obama. There is no real, powerful, commanding leader whatsoever. Obama tried his best to destroy the American Nation Republic. Obama failed..period, but he did a fine job in destroying the Democrat Party by losing over 1000 legislative seats across the entire country. The Democrat Party destruction moves onward to political obscurity. Kavanaugh will be approved & appointed as an Associate Supreme court Justice.
By the way it is now 9:30 AM (EST) and Ms. Christine Ford in no where to be heard from or found....strange? The Media is nothing but dead silent on her whereabouts. this should be an interesting day. I do hope the Ms. Ford of note will shortly appear and testify openly as she has said she wished to do, weeks ago.

It’s a shame she didn’t use the resources of her profession or, for that matter, the benefit of the education provided her under the PhD. The hypocrisy of her suppression of a supposed traumatic event while training psychology students is something not analyzed anywhere, to state nothing of her glaring omission in any of her statements (that she ever said “No”). I have stipulated since day one that her memories are probably a mix of false memory syndrome, political bias and a person who truly perpetrated this act upon her...just not Kavanaugh.
