Resorption...like a cavity that starts on the inside of the cat’s tooth. She has most molars and enough other teeth to eat hard kibble as a snack, but she’s mostly on soft food. She does not starve. Plus, she has her claws and she’s surgical with them. Ask the two Yorkie-poos.

What I'd like is to see a few news stories that are properly researched and reported by someone that can actually spell journalism - without a spell checker of course.
Did the "reporter" go to the animal hospital and interview the vets, call them maybe? Or just read the police report? It is an animal hospital. Why not ask the vet some questions? Did the vet state the breed of the dogs? After rereading the story it looks to me like the whole thing came directly from the police report.

Apparently, like the rest of the posters in this thread, the reporter did not find it the least bit curious that hospital staff permitted the woman to be enclosed alone with dogs being tested for rabies - dogs that had bitten someone already. I suspect that if/when a lawyer brings that point up to a jury, dollar signs are going to be flashing in neon. Some serious liability issues here.
Apparently I am now an advocate of pit bulls killing people because I expect some lazy "reporter" to do his job and not simply regurgitate a police report.
Oh, in answer to your question, do I think the police are lying? These are the dog experts dressed in blue and carrying guns that break into people's homes and shoot 11 pound dogs that are supposedly threatening their lives. This would be the home(s) where these brilliant public servants entered the wrong address based only on the paid word of a druggie informant. Pardon me for being skeptical. I'm somewhat surprised that these canine experts can tell the difference between a Great Dane and a miniature pony. /Only partly sarcastic

Used to consider myself a rough no-nonsense guy but the spiritual being having a human experience kept popping up its head...have been watching and enjoying your posts since our original “thorny” start.
Yeah you’re a great guy but I do vaguely recall us butting heads in the beginning because I was more of a thin skinned buffoon then than I am now :)
I need to remember to check any bad mood at the door before entering FR.
As far as spiritual, it is an area where I am sorely lacking or at least not recognizing it, to my detriment I suppose.
