That's not what his partner testified in court.
You say: Democrat, De Blasio, Pelosi, Newsom, Republican Swampers, etc.
and . . .
I am afraid for my life.
because a woman slaps his car?
= = =
We have a cultural translation problem here.
‘car’ means ‘private parts’ in Mohamed Noor’s universe.
Well, yeah. Because a slap on the car...uh...someone probably should have instructed the partner on the difference between using the word, “scared” , VS the word, “startled”. Hard to believe either one of them was actually frightened. Noor made a huge rookie mistake, unless of course, he really thought she should die. Tragic, but he should be held accountable. If nothing else, as an object lesson to his fellow Somalis -— life has value here; even a woman’s life.
That’s what was said first time around.
Shot her from inside a car across from his partner.
The guy deserves the Chair
And that makes Al Gore sad.
Whatever the outcome of the trial, it seems that Noor was not fit to be a cop and there needs to be a review of how he got selected. (We can probably guess, but it needs to be aired.)
I seem to recall Powerline saying that one of the detectives on the case indicated he believed Noor, his partner and their patrol sergeant, who was the first cop to get their, concocted a story to protect Noor.
Can you say "hung jury", can you say "O.J."?
I knew you could...
The dike looking female sergeant who arrived and took command of the scene ordered the squad to be taken to a car wash and neatly washed away any evidence (or lack there of) the very next day.
I'm not buying the "she slapped the squad" story, which didn't appear until after the sergeant arrived on the scene.
Daily Mail computer generated reenactment:
Damond approached the squad from the side, not from the rear of the vehicle, where his partner who was driving at the scene said he heard the noise. His partner also said he would not have fired , and he was the closest person to the 911 caller, because all he saw was a silhouette as she approached the squad.
================
"....Meanwhile the cop who shot her, was already under investigation for 'violently' forcing a woman to hospital, court documents allege. Noor, who joined the Minneapolis Police in March 2015, has reportedly had three complaints made against him in two years - including a lawsuit. Two are from 2017 and one from 2016 is closed and according to Lou Raguse of Kare 11 is marked 'not to be made public'."
She approached the squad which was stopped in the alley from across the concrete driveway...from the side of the vehicle, not from the rear where the supposed "sound" was heard.
GUILTY and premeditated he read allahsnackbar .
Should have pleaded insanity from sudden jihadi.
shuriallah desease. er something....
Noor trial: 51 fingerprints on squad car, none matched Justine Damond

The media is deliberately hiding this because a muz murdered a human.
That's what he said this time. Under oath. To the jury.
Thank You for the Update Ping.
I sure hope this POS gets the max.
Two cops, sitting in their patrol car, radio at hand, should not be "fearing for their lives."
Save that excuse for a guns drawn raid on a house.

Thanks...
Finally a trial...
Yeah he was turning his life around, future rap artist, planning to go to college etc...
oh and its Trump’s fault...
It took them a week to pick a jury from a pool of 75.
