Be sure to use frangible rounds. Make those lazy ER docs earn their pay.

"This was in PG County, MD.
What was the real offence?
Policing while white?"

You have come across the truth.
Congratulations.

I sincerely hope that you are a violent crime victim, and that you go to jail if you attempt to defend yourself.

That’s how it’s done in jolly old England. You should move there.

It should never have been a Federal case. DoJ was after a cop, any cop.

Article at time of her conviction. Stiil, the penalty was way over the top considering.......

====================================================

"But Mohr's version of how events played out didn't match the account of several witnesses. The officer who originally called for assistance, Sgt. Dennis Bonn, claims that the two men cooperated fully, climbing down from the roof with their hands in the air, and were peacefully standing there when the dog was released."

You think it is not appropriate to use non-lethal force to capture a fleeing felon?

She was acquitted, 11-1 in a jury trial and then the US DOJ came in with civil rights charges.

She used poor judgement in going to work for a filthy east coast democrat shithole but I’m totally cool with the dog thing.

From that article:

“The officer who originally called for assistance, Sgt. Dennis Bonn, claims that the two men cooperated fully, climbing down from the roof with their hands in the air, and were peacefully standing there when the dog was released.”

You really don't get it do you?

Five years later, she learned what happened that night and had become the subject of a federal civil rights investigation. She was put on trial twice before she was convicted and sentenced to 10 years in federal prison.

So take that to your civil rights homies and stick it where the sun don't shine.......

I swear, stupid is running amok on this site and you're leading the pack..........

The courts banned the use of lethal force on a fleeing suspect many years ago.

A police dog is not lethal force.

You need to watch LIVE PD. K9s attack and bite perps in almost every episode. Sometimes several perps. It’s my favorite part of the show!

I CHEER and laugh every time!

Sorry, ZERO sympathy for CRIMINALS!

Had my fill of bleeding heart liberals, especially those that claim to be conservatives.

LAW AND ORDER, ever heard of it?

The perp was standing with his hands up. She THOUGHT he was going to run so released the dog on him

Plea deal maybe?

Sgt. Dennis Bonn pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt to being an accessory after the fact in the 1995 incident. Bonn, who retired from the police force Nov. 1, also agreed to cooperate with related federal civil rights prosecutions.

Don't forget, this was Janet Reno's DOJ in 2000.
