Brilliant George Carlin gem. Just a few 4 letter words, but very timely
Excellent!!!
Gramps just busted a gut over that! He remembers swimming in the East River, just as bad. Never got polio. Never got the flu. Never got sick. Passed his gene’s onto the rest of the family which is why I don’t get sick flying that snot factory during flu season.
Carlin also nailed the environmentalists.
He was a lefty, but he got a lot of things right, as well.
George Carlin is dead.
He was more of a liberal than a lefty.
bump
“snot factory”
Funny, good thing your up front, betcha dont touch much if you go back
Hilarious! BTW, what did George Carlin die from?
He was more of a liberal than a lefty.
The distinction being. I think of leftist more as subversives, anti-capitalist and anti-USC.
Whereas liberals still believe in liberty, economic freedom and the rule of law. They may twist the USC but they generally believe in its framework.
No we don’t have any of those around much anymore.
Mostly what we have in our government now are weak liberals at best. But mostly progressives and or leftist.
Heart disease most likely from cocaine abuse.
I’m on the deck and as soon as the passengers embark it’s my job to shut and lock the door. All the sneezing and coughing is contained behind me and I dash as soon as we land unless I’m going on in the same plane.
“Carlin had a history of cardiovascular problems spanning three decades. These included three heart attacks (in 1978, 1982, and 1991), an arrhythmia requiring an ablation procedure in 2003, and a significant episode of heart failure in late 2005. He twice underwent angioplasty.[60] In late 2004, he entered a drug rehabilitation facility for treatment of addictions to alcohol and Vicodin.[61]
Carlin died on June 22, 2008 at Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California, of heart failure at age 71.[62][63] His death occurred one week after his last performance at The Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. In accordance with his wishes his body was cremated, and the ashes were scattered in front of various nightclubs he played in New York City and over Spofford Lake, in Chesterfield, New Hampshire, where he attended summer camp as an adolescent.[64]”
Second best ever live show....Henny Youngman...
That was great......
Hilarious.
Too many excellent quotes to even start mentioning them....
...and perhaps more of a true American humorist than a mere comedian.
Comics?
I hung out with Buddy Hackett for a few hours when I was a kid. He was super nice and very funny. He would not tell any off color jokes because there were kids in the room.
I met Phyllis Diller when I was young. She was very sweet and very attractive.
Bob Hope was a cool guy. Very funny. Had great timing.
I was once in the Rainbow Room back in the late 80’s. It was a Jewish wedding and I drank back then and was hammered. This tiny little Jewish woman sat down next to me. She was pretty plastered herself and started telling me jokes. She was insanely funny. She had the foulest mouth. F this, MF that over and over. She said her name was Mrs. Gettleman. The people I was with kept laughing at me as I had a ball with this little lady. Later I found out she was better known as Estelle Getty who was on the Golden Girls. They apparently made her up to look much older on the TV show so I didn’t recognize her. Neat lady.
One of the funniest people in person is Jay Leno. He’s a great stand up comedian and really a regular guy offstage.
It’s odd how I have met so many famous people over the years....
Use the brush in the same four areas is how he closes teeth arm pits crotch and butthole ( cleaned up the language, though)
