(NJ) Paramus veterans home in crisis mode: 37 people dead in 2 weeks, National Guard deployed
Can you prove that?
Sorry but you are just plain wrong. Deal with these people on a regular basis. Let me tell you. Most have high personal moral standards and good hygiene. The women who staff these difficult facilities overall do a great job and have never met an alcoholic or drug addict among them. Also you should have the experience of observing a Jamaican head nurse in action. Suffice it to say things get done in an orderly , professional manner. There is no nonsense tolerated.
Sad thing is, if they were allowed to ventilate these types of facilities with FRESH AIR being brought in, there’s a good chance that insufficient virons would accumulate to infect people (or at least not infect so many). But they are NOT permitted to have significant fresh air flow, as that requires more energy, so Greta/Algore don’t permit it.
I’m still waiting to hear that discussed.
Locking down the general population does nothing. The real problem is that while relatives are forbidden to visit their loved ones in hospitals and nursing homes but all of the medical staff are allowed to go home to their families, are not monitored to ensure their or their families habits. They then come back the next day and it is very likely that they are carrying it in from outside.
Lock down all hospital and nursing home staff in their facilities for the duration.
this happens in hospitals too....
actually many immigrants/illegal or not/ are hard workers, better then American born....
kindly sir, go to hell.....
Early this week, a lady in my hometown who worked in a nursing home died of the WuFlu.
A few days before her death, she notified her boss that she was running a slight fever and wasn’t feeling well. Her boss ordered her to come to work anyway, stating that she was part of a “team”, and it was her duty to come to work.
She went to work and, a couple of days later, died after being put on a ventilator.
Now her daughter, who is a nurse in the local hospital, is now hospitalized with the virus. Thankfully, she’s not bad enough to be intubated and we pray that it won’t come to that .
IMO, the fact that the nursing home ordered the mother to come in to work sick, was incredibly reckless and selfish. Considering that the nurse had the virus, she probably infected some of the residents.
My hometown and the county where it’s located is sparsely populated with small towns but, for some reason, the county has been ravaged by the virus.
If nobody is allowed in but staff, then the only ones bringing in CV is the staff. I see this with a family member in the hospital right now. None of us are allowed in, but they go home and nobody ensures that they, or more importantly, their families are doing the right things.
So, instead of locking all of us in our houses, lock them in with nobody coming or going until it’s over, if ever. That way, they have no chance of bringing it in and nobody outside is allowed in.
If they are the frontline troops, then they can surely put up with the same types of separation.
As we are told, this is for the protection of the hospital staff and patients.
You sir, can piss off.
