The actress-singer revealed that she felt her brain wasnt functioning properly.
After being strictly vegan for many years, singer-actress Miley Cyrus has decided to drop the diet.
The 27-year-old made the revelation in a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, where she said that she felt her health was being compromised.
She told the host: I was vegan for a very long time and Ive had to introduce fish and omegas into my life because my brain wasnt functioning properly.
She also said she suffered from hip pain that she attributed to her diet.
Now, however, she said shes so much sharper than I was and I think that I was, at one point, pretty malnutritioned (sic).
She recalled feeling like she was "running on empty" during a performance at Glastonbury music festival one year.
The Wrecking Ball singer revealed that her first non-vegan meal grilled fish was cooked by ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, and that she cried when she ate it.
I cried, like, for a long time. I cried for the fish it really hurts me to eat fish, she said.
While she considers herself a pescatarian now, she also said shes open to incorporating other food.

“She don’t eat meat but she sure likes the bone”
Thanks
Reminds me of that stupid Happy Feet movie, and how about how those poor penguins couldn’t eat any fish. And supposedly the happy ending when they could eat fish again. It wasn’t a happy ending for those poor fish.
I tried vegetarianism for about three weeks. Was exhausted all the time. Went to nutritionist who did some tests said I was allergic to wheat and NEEDED red meat. Went out for rare roast beef dinner that night and never looked back. My local butcher has grass-fed beef from Oregon, $16/lb and worth it, and at least the cattle had happy lives.
Im not an expert either, but I have seen a similar suggestion, it was people living at the sea side, and they probably ate shellfish as well - Ive heard that some baboons do that.
Again, Im not an expert, but that cant be true. Many people are vegetarians, so they eat a lot of plants and apparently without the negative consequences you mention. I eat meat but very little meat - for many years. My understanding is that ordinary plant leaves arent really digestible, but theres also lettuce, as well as fruit and bulbs.
Why post this morons eating habits?
FTA: because my brain wasnt functioning properly.
I knew that from her stripper act and all the tattoos she has.
She's useless.
“Again, Im not an expert, but that cant be true.”
It is no matter how many times you say it.
