Sickening to see Yahoo trying to damage Chick-fil-A.
I don’t care for Chick-Fil-A fried chicken - something about the coating. If I want fast food boneless chicken I’ll go a mile further to the nearest Zaxbys.
I do like Popeye’s though the older I get and the worse my teeth get the harder it is to eat their crunchy coating. I prefer KFC Original. Wish Popeyes had something similar with a less crunchy coating.
If you’re ever in Louisiana look for Southern Classic fried chicken. There are a few around the state. Best chicken, fried pies and dang good sweet tea.

And the cheese cake without the cheap crust I can’t live without.
I am actually surprised how good the deli food is at Publix.
I’m likely the only member of F.R. who detests chicken, in any form. I haven’t eaten any since 1955.
Chick-fil-A is the only fast food I ate until I became aware that Dan Cathy is a woke idiot and the Chick-fil-A Foundation supports libbie groups and causes. Thank you, Dan, for helping me to eliminate more fried food from my diet!

Long story short: Chic Fil A was good decades ago. Now they suck. I don’t understand the long lines.
Popeye’s used to be better. Love the new chicken sandwich, but that’s about all. I really wish they put the spicy in the batter instead of their ‘mystery red film’ on the chicken itself.
Safeway/Albertson’s make better fried chicken, along with a host of local sources.
Boyd Cathy seems to be doing well at that himself.

And... no he’s not a lawyer. Medical imaging technical support for one of the big boys on the block. I would say regional but the business model has changed, so he’s all over the States, anywhere there is a hospital using digital imaging.

Yup, and still the most profitable fast food restaurant out there. A Chik-fil-A franchise is a license to print money.

Maybe I did. I was basing it on that graphic earlier in the thread that showed the rainbow flag, the Chick-Fil-A logo, the Salvation Army logo, and that statement that seemed like a fawning pandering to me.
But I will look at it again. Perhaps I misread it. Thanks.
