All depends on what the goal is.
We’re talking about a .76% risk absolute reduction vax vs no-vax...so you can argue the vax works...but is a less than 1% risk reduction worth potential short/long term health issues for an experimental shot? The NNTV (Number Needed To Vax) to prevent 1 infection is 132 for Pfizer...that is not to prevent a death, but an infection...for me the risks out weigh the benefits...and requiring mandates is crazy.

It seems like there are more deaths right now in unvaccinated people. I do think the vaccine helps some people.

I am like John Derbyshire. It is outrageous that people continue to use a plural verb with “data”.
It should be, the data is clear. I am speaking grammatically. The data certainly is not clear, not at all.
Probably SOMEONE’S goal. Sometime I think the vaccines are specific to certain people groups
Thought Stossel was smarter than that, guess not.
Their efficacy is limited.
They REDUCE the likelihood of getting sick and going to the hospital. But people who are vaxxed still get sick, go to the hospital and die.
And if you’re already weak, you’re likely to die of Covid. If not this year, then next.
