Barbara Olson, a conservative commentator and lawyer, wasn't panicked when hijackers took over her flight on Sept. 11, 2001, from Washington Dulles airport to Los Angeles, where she was heading for an appearance on Bill Maher's TV show.
She managed to call her solicitor general husband, Ted Olson, twice from the back of the plane where the terrorists, armed with knives and box cutters, herded the passengers. She reported the hijacking aboard American Airlines Flight 77 and asked what she could convey to the captain.

Does this mean anything? I propose it shows how far left CNN has drifted that they have such a hatred of conservatives now they won’t even remember one of their own fallen.

Always liked watching her on Larry King Live. I remember first hearing about her being on that plane when watching a report later that night and that really shocked and upset me.
She was the guest on C-SPAN a few days before Sep 11th. One leftisi caller told her how evil she was. I can’t imagine what she and the others felt that day, or her huusband’s grief. It was his birthday and she took that flight because it was his birthday.
She was a well known Freeper. I think her name was BKOlson but nothing comes up for that.
One would think CNN would mention her at the least.
I found an article by CNN on reporters who lost their lives fighting terror, she doesn’t appear to be listed here either.

I met Barbara and Ted Olson briefly during the Florida recount. She was a class act.
I saw her on tv a few times and she was good, but her husband has been a jerk fighting liberal causes.
No one ever sought to hold on-site funeral services close to the Pentagon site, either, IIRC.
I don't believe any on those airlines' flight manifests died at the hands of Saudi terrorists' hands, not at the towers, at the Pentagon or near Shanksville (where there also zero remains found).
From the many cell phone tests attempted, it seems more than highly improbable that any cell phone calls could have successfully lasted more than a few seconds if they ever truly connected, which is also extremely doubtful.
I know we'd all like to believe Barb's loving husband, but government coercion, lies and extortion were definitely a huge part of 9/11.
I believe Barb and the others died at the hands of Deep State assassins that directed their flights remotely via the Boeing-Honeywell Uninterruptible Autopilot (as was done with flights MH370 and MH17).
TPTB are with this and like stories "beating a dead horse," as they attempt to solidify the DS narrative into our and the next generation's minds.

I was at the Pentagon on 9/11. I later worked with the Armed Forces Medical Examiner. Pieces of everyone in that plane were recovered and identified by DNA analysis.
I know three people who were eye witnesses to the plane hitting the Pentagon. The dead pilot of that plane was a retired Navy Reservist, who used to work in my organization’s office.
You make me sick. I extended my time in the military, both in uniform and then as a civilian, to help be part of the solution in fighting against terrorism, giving up my ‘better angel’ that desired to retire, become a teacher and to study theology.
And you make my small personal sacrifice insignificant by your gross ignorance.
I recall having seen Ted and Barbara Olson at the Fort Belvoir Officer’s Club on more than one Sunday brunch. Class people, the Olson’s, who served the best interests of our Nation: law and an informed society.
And I’ll counter your heavenly appeal with one of my own: Lord save this Nation from fools like you...
