How about this idea: any non-citizen at least 16 years of age shall be required to be fully inoculated against COVID-19 before receiving any monetary outlay from the Federal or several State governments. For families, every person of 16 years of age in the family would be required to be inoculated. The same mandate shall apply to distributions by charitable organizations to non-citizen individuals and families.
Travel by air or ground (bus, train, etc) shall be restricted to fully inoculated individuals, regardless of citizenship. Air travel by non-citizens shall be required to show both proof of vaccination and a US (e.g. TSA) approved ID, plus any other requirements required of US Citizens.
Any non-citizen being deported shall be required to be fully inoculated against COVID-19 before being placed on any public transport.

I’m pretty sure there are no vaccine mandates for non citizens because THEY can sue the drug companies. Citizens of the US cannot.

My wife is a Canadian with a green card. Why should she have to get a shot? The shots are next t worthless for most people.

Anyone illegally crossing our borders will be immediately detained and not be allowed to progress further, with or without proof of vaccination.
It is insane that those coming into our country by plane (even our own citizens) must be required to show vaccination status, while those illegally swimming or walking across our borders can get in scot-free.
I learned a long time ago that they don’t want our ideas.
