Duh. Like vitamin D hasn't been know for decades to help the human body. It goes all the way back to the tall ship days and scurvy. Sheesh. It blows my mind that so much research funds new studies that only state the long known obvious.
Just read a new study says eggs are good for you. I was told long ago they would kill me. Still here at 72.

Vitamin D2 has been around for years and is plant-based. It’s sourced from yeast or mushrooms.

Just tell vegans to step out into the sun sometimes for their vitamin D. They tend to be anti-GMO so probably wont be eating these anyway.

If your dietary plan is so out of balance you need a GMO tomato, maybe you bet on the wrong horse.
