GARDENERS have been warned that their habit could leave them at an increased risk of heart disease.

Medics found that pollutants in the soil could have a 'detrimental effect on the cardiovascular system'.

The results of the analysis pushed experts to recommend that people wear a face mask, if they are in close contact with the soil.

Experts at the University Medical Center Mainz, Germany said pollution of air, water and soil is responsible for at least nine million deaths each year.

They highlighted that more than 60 per cent of pollution-related deaths are due to heart issues such as strokes, heart attacks, heart rhythm disorders and chronic ischaemic heart disease.

Writing in Cardiovascular Research, a journal of the European Society of Cardiology, the authors said soil pollutants include heavy metals, pesticides, and plastics.

Nitrates, or actually the immediate lack of it, can cause heart attacks. Common amounst farmers and chemists when they take a vacation. It’s a well known phenomenon.

“ They survived, and even thrived, and not one of them wore a mask.”

Ummm, hate to break it to you, but each and every one of them is dead

The real question is how many farmers have killed their brother? Who really knows since backhoes on the farm are ubiquitous. See what farming can do to people.

Researchers have discovered that breathing will eventually lead to death and recommend that people cut back on their breathing.

This is from rubber covered playgrounds, plastic playground equipment, and time spent staring at a screen instead of getting skinned knees, making mudpies, and developing a healthy immune system.

Cain and Abel weren’t born until sometime after Adam and Eve were put out of the Garden of Eden.

As to pollutants, everything back at that point was fairly pollutant free. People lived longer, there was nothing industrial going one, etc. The only pollutants would be natural ones.

Currently, I suspect most people who work in their gardens wear gloves at least some of the time and that they would normally wash their hands before eating.

So this is a new way to shift blame off all the covid injection deaths.

In my town of 120,000 there have been over 700,000 deaths in the first half of this year traceable to pollutants in our soil.

(Yeah, I made that up but I'm an expert so it must be true!)

I count on at least two health fear porn articles per day (usually Covid) and at least one climate change fear porn per day.

This fulfills my expectations for daily health fear porn (the other one claiming that using natural gas for cooking makes your lungs explode or something similar). It’s worth noting that evidently COVID health fear porn is loosing its allure, although I saw a STEM challenged liberal wearing a mask outside on a splendidly beautiful Colorado day this morn. Ah, it’s always nice to have someone to feel superior to.

Now, where’s the mandatory daily climate change fear porn?

"The real danger is nitrates in the fertilizer. Absorbs through the skin."

I'll take some of that dangerous lower blood pressure. :)

Nobody should ever get near dirt. No roads built. No foundations dug. No food grown. No kids making mud pies. No getting worms for fishing.

It’s a horrible, poisonous world out there. Better stay under the covers and not get up in the morning.
