Joe Biden has seemingly wandered off the UN stage without shaking hands with Brazil's Lula at the end of a joint speech.
Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, 77, looked visibly irritated after the two leaders shared a stage to speak about their initiative to improve workers' rights in each country.
But their diplomatic meeting got off to a labored start when Biden, 80, shuffled into a seven-foot Brazilian flag, leaving it teetering as he approached the podium.
The president made a rambling speech about his 'economic vision to rebuild our economy from the middle out and the bottom up, not the top down' while Lula watched on from his right flank.
Meanwhile, during Lula's speech Biden fumbled with his headset, which he was using to hear a translated version.
'Can you hear me President Biden? This is an historical moment for Brazil, and for the US,' Lula said at the start of his speech.
'President Biden can you hear me?' Lula asked again, appearing to lose patience as Biden grunted in response. 'You can?' he asked, turning to Biden. 'Yes, good.'
Biden continued to look confused as he grappled with the headset while Lula went on with his speech. At one point Biden dropped his earpiece and raised his eyebrows in frustration.
International Labor Organization Director General Gilbert Houngbo took to the podium after the two world leaders, and Biden stooped to slowly grab a folder from the ground.
Houngbo shook hands with Biden and Lula in turn at the close of his speech - but Biden appeared to leave Lula hanging, awkwardly saluting the audience before shuffling off stage.
He appeared to be torn between giving a thumbs-up or a salute, and made a sloppy gesture combining the two.

For decades, these events are scripted. You would get the five-line script....do A, B and C, then shake hands...then walk to this direction. I don’t think Biden can remember the short-term memory requirements any more.
Leaders like Trump are the glue that holds this crazy world together. I hope the foreign fools who laughed at him are good and scared now at what replaced him.
hopefully soon, Biden will just flat out walk up behind some lady on stage and start grabbing her hooters from behind.
what i dont get is why every leader in the world goes along with the charade.
I do know for a fact almost every country’s intelligence agencies have profiles of other world leaders. It’s part of the intel job. figure out their weak points/their baggage/how they lead/how they react.
They spend countless hours putting together psychological profiles of both enemy leaders and friendly leaders. And of course they always monitor the political situation and stability in an array of countries.
These agencies MUST know that Biden is burnt-toast and they most likely know who the shot-callers are.
How on earth has the shadow government not been exposed yet.
like for example, what on earth could Bibi and Biden have been discussing behind closed doors? I highly doubt Biden is pulling a Vincent “The Chin” Gigante, and only feighning dementia in public, but behind doors he’s telling Bibi what the deal is.
And of course, Bibi MUST know that Biden is not the shot-caller.

Of course they know. They’re cool with it until Biden stops handing out the dough and appeasing everyone.
Knowing who is not the shot caller is is different from establishing who the actual shot caller is.
Biden is at the point where the only way to make it more obvious that the people are being hoodwinked, or at least moe the dial a full order of magnitude, would be to put Kermit the Frog, or possibly the Swedish Chef, behind the podium.

Joe Scarborough assured us the other day that Biden is sharper than Trump.
Oh yeah, visibly irritated is an understatement. Look at that video clip and watch Lula demonstrate the concept of ‘dissed’. Pulling his rejected handshake away like slapping an opportunity away. The body language is impossible to misinterpret.
“Wanderer” is a good description of him.
All democrat party voters are evil and/or stupid for voting for that idiot just like they were for voting for obama and clinton.
It is time for a national divorce. democrats are simply to stupid to be allowed to make decisions that affect me.
The man is a disgrace. This would be tragic if it wasn’t so dangerous. Of course, the Democrats don’t care, just as they don’t care what they do to this country.

Maybe that is because Lula is a crook just like Biden.
Dam-mit! This is my commander in chief. The ENTIRE world and every world leader knows he’s a bumbling inept old fool. Corrupt as hell in a party of other corrupt US officials. No way any of them can believe that this CLOWN was legitimately elected by the majority of the citizens of the most powerful country on Earth. I am embarrassed to be a US citizen. I’m glad that I’m not on vacation in a foreign country having to admit that Brandon is the leader of my country. Rant /off. FReep /on.
