You will have 2 or 3 days of withdrawal symptoms, and they you’re done.
Quit on a Friday, when you start climbing the walls remember- it’s just a withdrawal symptom.
Drink lots of Orange juice and Xanax, and try to sleep it off, over the weekend.
By Monday you’ll be smoke free.
All those nicotine patches do is prolong the withdrawals so DON’T USE THEM.

Go for a drive waaaay out in the wilderness at a park where there aren’t any stores. Stay out there for the weekend, or longer. Don’t take any money with you, empty your ash tray and clean the car completely.
Walk around in nature, enjoy the outdoors and by Monday you will not even miss them.................

I quit cold turkey from 3 to 4 packs a day to none. It sucked. That was a long, long, long time ago. $10 would buy a carton or two in those days.
Cold turkey. Just do it.
I remember the good old days ordering from reservations and having cartons delivered to my home. So convenient and so much cheaper.

That’s my problem.
I could never smoke or be around smoke when I was nauseous or sick. I got the mini flu and after 3 days I realized the nicotine was probably out of my system and decided to quit smoking altogether. I read that when you quit you become a bit nauseous, which was great for me. I had no problem and only had a minor craving after about 10 days. I know recovering addicts and alcoholics who said giving up drug/drink was easy compared to smoking. I can understand.
