I think the main comedy intended here was provided by a Bob Newheart type reporter voice over. Throughout he was cueing Italians to what Biden was saying and then he reacted to it.
SNL continues the weekly 8 year long ridicule of Trump when they have a gold mine in Biden’s dementia and crimes and do nothing.

A recent survey of Presidents by "experts" put Biden at #14 among all Presidents and Trump dead last. A similar study in 2021, which did not include Biden, had Trump at #41, with only 3 Presidents below him.
Obviously agreeing with and trying to implement Democrat policy goals is a major consideration.
HaHaHa! Italy demonstrates what the world thinks of our “president.” I hope all the Commiecrats in this country get to view this!
