I don’t buy ANY food from China, of any sort. I try not to buy any food from Mexico either, considering the harvesting personnel poop where they stand in the fields.

Chinese: Grown in sewer water and bleached with chlorine. On the bottom, there are no roots.

Three Dog Night, The Guess Who, and Uriah Heep. That was a great summer.

Thanks.
And not for me, please.

Saw Uriah Heep in the Jacksonville Civic Auditorium, a small venue, in 1971 or so. Later saw Eric Clapton there with Delaney and Bonnie on the Layla tour...........

I was going to say just that. Grow your own.
It’s very easy.
I do it every year and always have a bumper crop. It’s pretty fool proof and maintenance free.

I don’t buy ANY food from China, of any sort. I try not to buy any food from Mexico either, I don't either, after I narrowed down some health issues I was having which I never had before to ginger/garlic sourced from China. I didn't know about Mexican harvesters pooping in the fields.. but I do know they are loaded with pesticides. Blueberries especially.

Yup. So easy to grow.
Plant cloves 2 inches deep in the fall, toss some mulch on top and wait for June to roll around.
Pull 'em up, tie them in groups and hang 'em from the floor joists in your basement.
Grab fresh bulbs whenever you need them.

I grow hardneck garlics and the scapes, which are harvested before they produce seed, make a nice green vegetable.

Just bought some, cute little net bag. Says product of USA. Has little dried up roots attached, so guess I’m OK. Never use it raw, just toss in the steamer with veggies. Steaming kills all germs, preserves nutrients too.
