Good morning, Miss Rika!

The Russians have not been able to substansively justify gassing innocent civilians in order to end the hostage situation in the Moscow theatre. In fact, they will not even identify the specific chemical used. I guess some things never change.

With all due respect Bella, you sound like a democrat.

the Washington Times reports that: Putin met with Special Forces Yesterday to congratulate them on the mission and declared today a national day of mourning. As troops that had surrounded the building withdrew, Muscovites placed flowers at the perimeter. Many of the 50 assailants killed in the rescue mission died after being shot in the head, apparently while unconscious from the gas.

That is how you deal with terrorists. The only thing we wouldn't do is execute them on the spot. It is why we, more than any other nation are a target for such malfeasence.

The Chechens will have a much harder time recruiting for another mission like this.

It would have been better had no innocent lives been lost, but more than 600 were saved.

Good morning, all.

Articles like this provide, I think, substantive hints that the story of the two snipers may be even bigger and stranger than we think.

I was looking for something substantive
And barbeque sounded inventive.
Pork ripe from the bone
Makes me think of home
Where "Heinz" is used as an invective.

Reminds me of "Commodore Sweetwater's waterlogged logbook of the foolhardy and forgotten" Wish I could fine it again, it was funny.

to paraphrase Audrey Hepburn, "how doo you doo"??

Actually I've been busy. Got the lamborghini today since Frank dented the Limo and it's in the shop today. He's watching it to ensure the fender guy doesn't mess it up.

not sure if I like Frank yet, but he's new, so I'll give him a chance...

I'm pretty gruesome today. Miss Slippy and I are shot from supervising cyberbot and cyberbotbestfriend painting the ceiling this weekend.

Our once-brown carpet now has many white "highlights".

come to think of it, sounds like you should have just loaded them up with a couple of paintball guns and some white "ammo".... they would have had more fun to the same effect!
