Sorry, our country would not have handled it that way. And if they had, it would just so how dumb we have become.

Form Dr. Rice being called a twit (and you are twit too if you call her Dr. Rice), to people saying Chief Moose only got his job because he is black, to people slamming the Imam who gave credit to FR....FR is becoming shit. WFTD is about the only good thing left.

Really, And pray tell, what would you have done, had you been outside, and heard shooting start inside ?

According to a freed hostage, there was a child that wigged, and caused the terrorists to open fire, killing two hostages. What should they have done? Called Miss Cleo for the scoop? Or let them hold the hostages for 444 days like Jimmy Carter did?

Once there was gunfire inside the building, coupled with the threat of having the building detonated, they had no choice, but to act.

In doing so, 600 lives were saved, and the 50 terrorists recieved one bullet sentences.

Having no stomach for the unpredictable, sometimes unpalatable outcomes of military action, puts ALL of a nations citizens at risk.

And as for these twits, the best way to deal with stupid people is to point it out to them.

Hanna Arendt said "...it was this abscence of thinking-which is so ordinary experience in our everyday life, where we have hardly the time, let alone the inclination to STOP and think...."

It is unfortunate that in a self governing country such as this, that seems to be the MO of 98% of the people, including better than half of those here.

Place has turned to sh*t..."better than half of those here."

Don't get me wrong, I do not share Bellas sentiment.

However, that having been said, thereare an INORDINATE amount of people that spout off on non-opinion material, without bothering to even try to be informed...

And even as to opinion matters, for instance, this AM i saw someone comment that NJ voters get the liberal government they vote for, which is not a false satement, but hardly without irony considering the person offering it was from commiefornia....

Fascinating when people bitch about other states, eh? I especially love the folks around here who are always hoping my state falls off into the ocean after the next quake. Too bad they are too dumb to understand platetechtonics. Of course, I am certain they'd be howling if I said I hope the next tornado takes out them and their state.

I notice those that like to complain about other states have never even left their own county.

Yes, Personally, I just hope for a Mother-of-God Tsunami to clear out Frisco, and LA, so we can have mass conservative migration, and all live near the beach in the climate that suits each of us....

CA is NOT going to fall off into the ocean, and the next earthquake is NOT going to destroy us... Regardless of what some think. And you're right Bella - they'd howl the loudest if we wished a tornado on them.

I would like to see them with an earthquake though..... just a teeny one...
